Year 2 day252 - 15 November 2024 doing ok ups and downs

managed to go to a garden centre and get a christmas tree dealing with the noise it was hard but we did it. ferdi was watching tv and the pitch of the noise set me off i couldnt speak. i went to play games to calm down and got back to normal. i had to make it clear to ferdi it wasnt his fault and took me a long time to recover.
i had the paperwork from the UWV come and got to go through that with the company doctor monday it left me feeling disconnected.
