In Europe the normal AWD trim is called "Sport" (Performance = "Sport Plus") and both the AWD trim and the 490HP trim have the "Digital Key 2". Even the RWD trim has if if you buy a 3000€ "Premium" package (which you really need because the car has absolutely nothing without it).
Can an Apple Watch be set up as a digital key?
Yes. In my experience, after setting it up, my iphone will ask if i want to add this key to my watch.

Not with an iPhone. Only Androids will work for the GV70.
