What about inspecting for defected common areas such as side walks, cracking in stucco near windows, underground parkades etc. that could developers special levies?
You can inspect them, but the seller has no control over what happens to what you find. All issues are going to be found in the condo meeting minutes and reserve fund studies so that is why a condo document inspection is sometimes more important than just a physical inspection.

Matching appliances are cosmetic and replacement or past issues are moot points imo
