fyi if the off plan is an apartment and it is worth over 2 mil aed you cant get a golden visa unless the project is 50% done . so they reduced the down payment but they added the 50% building complete to be eligible .. it happened to me , i have over 3 mil. property in sobha creek vista hieghts and i already paid over a milion aed but the progress of the project is still 20% so no golden visa until its 50% done

Ah nightmare. Sounds like there’s no options for you here ? Is there any ‘drop dead’ date where if it’s not done by X you can get a refund?
