Pretty accurate with the numbers with residential. If I can generate 30k a month gross my net would stand roughly at 12k a month but done correctly that is automated passive income that only grows. I want a gtr myself 😏
@@twistnloc3247 it’s all lies. I personally devoted two years trying to establish the business model he said here. The only one that I see working more optimally for beginners is Air Bnb cleans. This takes a lot of work tho but can be worth it. With commercial cleaning clients if you miss one area or hire cleaners who don’t clean the way the operations manger prefers they find a new company and you lose the contract. They also put you in net 30s usually where they hold your income for 30 days and then usually they pay late and give you little to no communication. I was getting checks from one of my commercial clients and they only wanted us when there current cleaners didn’t have time to clean even tho they said I’d make 4/5k a month all the way to the end of the year. They also ended up not paying me full the first invoice. You better off doing residential cleans for locals making 2-4k that way. Janitorial as a whole is over saturated way to many big companies that are franchises which push you or I the noobs out before we get a chance.
35/hour 7 hours a day = 250/visit... companies can pay that, people are broke, but companies have millions flowing in, it varies... there is even 100k per month contracts out there...
