    Never heard of such a thing ..... murders that happened decades ago are still good to prosecute if you have evidence WOW THIS JUDGE IS SOMETHING ELSE ..... he will pay for what he did in hell

    So what I get from this is that every murderer involved in a Cold case in the NY district will walk free because the NYPD took too long to re-open those cold cases? WTF!? They are called cold cases for a reason. Also I though their was no limitation on murder (I am from the Netherlands).

    WISH this True Crime Daily show can stop such *_overdramatic and repetitive_* commentary. It is _very_ tacky and takes away the realness of such cases... making everything sound like some tv drama series when it is a painfully real-life case.

    Oh my God. That judge needs to be disbarred and prosecuted. What a tragedy and embarrassment. Reminds of Judge “Let Em Loose Bruce” in the 70’s except for the wrong color. I’m ashamed for being a New Yorker.

    Did this judge study the law at all? What is the point of murder not having a statute of limitation if trying someone for murder 26 years after the fact is a violation of the right to a speedy trial...? Where is the precedent for this? What a horrible, horrible judge.

  • @pizzafrenzyman
    @pizzafrenzyman 4 года назад +1

    Total BS. The clock on a speedy trial begins after the charges are served, not after the crime is committed. There is not statute of limitations on murder.

    He is not in jail, yet he is not free. He knows what he did, and is haunted by it, on some level.
    That is, if he has a conscience at all.

    Am I right that there's no Statute of limitations on murder in any of US states? So this judge just made his personal decision about it? What a twat... He let a confessed murderer go, what the actual f... How karma got both of them.

    Everybody complaining about the narrators voice...damn, she's a reporter. They all have that fake ass serious as hell journalism voice that they teach them in school. To get that degree you better talk like this or you'll never make it 😂

    • @BrianaCunningham
      @BrianaCunningham 4 года назад

      She can speak properly, I have seen her in an interview. She is purposefully putting on this garbage voice. She needs to be taken off narration. She bothers so many of us and makes the show sound like TMZ and not a serious case where someone lost their life.
      And no journaliats and reporters don't all talk like this. As someone who went to university for a bit for journalism, they don't teach you to talk like this.
