I think sproles was the blueprint for how the Saints would use Kamara

    • @liveinlovealways

      Bush (‘06-‘10)
      Sproles (‘11-‘13)
      Kamara (‘17-?)
‘14-‘16 they were using Pierre Thomas, Khiry Robinson, & Mark Ingram in the passing game - but none were necessarily built for that role. I agree though, I think they drafted Kamara with the intention of him being the next Bush/Sproles.

Steve Smith was the only one that was 5'8" out of this bunch! I also don't think Sproles was 5'6" either. I think he was shorter. I could be wrong. But remember they had to bring down the measuring tape for him & I think they made a mistake. But who cares, he had an amazing career bc if his talent, Hard work & determination! You can't measure a man's heart & soul. One more side note, Trindon Holliday was 5'5" & is ranked the 2nd fastest man ever in the NFL with a a 10.00 in the 100 meters! Being a Giants fan, this is a hard pill to swallow, but Darren Sprolles is, in my opinion, one if the greatest of all time at what he does. He's the most versatile player in the NFL and him being 5'6" has been a nightmare for defenses. He slips out if tackles so easy. Definitely a HoF player. Happy to see him finally champion.

I think if I can stay healthy I might have a chance to make it at least to college ball. Maybe not D-1 but at least to college ball.
      At the age of 14 I am 5ft'9in 195lb.
      40 time: 4.33
      Bench press: 175lb
      Hangclean: 245lb
      Squat: 325lb
In the last two years I played as: Noseguard (15 tackles)
Linebacker (54 tackles, 4 sacks, 12 forced fumbles)
D End (5 tackles and a fumble recovery)
Defensive Guard/Tackle both (29 tackles and a sack)
      Offensive Tackle (Nothing too spectacular)
Halfback (1 carry, 47 yards, TD)

Pound for pound he might be the strongest player in NFL history. The story was that once during Charger training camp he out bench pressed Shawn Merriman. He also had one of the most memorable games in playoff history against the Colts when he did EVERYTHING including the winning touchdown in overtime.
