Thank you for this detailing. This video was useful to evaluate and understand something I was personally going through. It took me some years to see my own limiting programs that were the true reason for the traumas and to further understand the source of those limiting programs in me, surrendering to Source for healing of those took time and a lot of spiritual maturity. Its easy to play the blame game but useful to see what in us is triggering all this. Thanks a lot for your valuable work that you put out to educate us. Sometimes your sharing helps with just holding on to hope and digging deeper into the source of the trauma. Really value your help and upliftment.

As I watched this I realised that it happened as you said, two 12 year cycles, and I think that the first 6 years of these cycles were sort of harder then the following 6 years. The second cycle in the last 6 years brought a keenness with it. This time, with the passage of time, it brought more tragedy to be let go of...and the aweful build (months), then the tears start to flow and it feels so good, so beautifuly sad...these new shoes will be uncomfortable for a time; but they are new shoes. By the Grace of the Guru who has shown me what Perfection looks like and much more, do I retain my sanity in these moments of intensity🌹🌻

Anguish is the word I think. I see that refinement has layers to it, remnants of things let go show themselves again. I keep seeing a foot sliding into a shoe. So much information to contemplate like a hundred ping pong matches at the same time, then it becomes apparent that it is too much thinking and I am able to go within. I was surprised that I tried to run so to speak, but I did, knowing full well that one cannot hide. In these times, self honesty is used as a flail, and it hurts, so I put it down for I am properly humbled at this point. In the past I used to journal through difficult times for release and when it was over I deleated all the writings for the same reason. LOL now I just put a post here and let it go, I hope you don't mind🌹

Thank you for this dear Jivanmukti. This video is just in time for me. I consulted my doctor several times this month and yesterday I had a CT-scan of the brain to see if nothing was wrong there (constant activity there +tangible in the spine ).Luckily nothing alarming was found. It all started since the shaktipat I got from you in 2016 I guess.
It's the activation of the upper glands, high frequency vibration, which should spread all over the body, and bask it in the blissful fuzzy feeling. Blessings
