I am a Persian learner for a little bit more then two years now. I love the language, but I also find listening very difficult. I love it that you speak slowly and clear, so I can train my hearing. I now get around 60 pecent of what you say, and for the rest I can find the translation by first writing down what I hear you say and then type it in google translate or find it in a dictionary. This is the best listening practice I can find on RUclips, where a person is talking slowly and clearly. If you can do this with different subjects, that would be fantastic. I can't wait to actually have a conversation with a native speaker and be able to understand them and be able to express myself in Persian...

Farsi is my 7th language that I’m learning now and I can only say that your podcasts are probably the best thing out there!! No need for grammar lessons or boring vocabulary lists because that way we learn it naturally and in a fun way:) Thank you so much, especially for adding subtitles in both languages which is A TON of work❤️

This was really helpful! I've been learning for 6 years and have learnt a lot in that time, but still have a way to go. The way you speak, the subtitles and everything else was really clear and overall this video is a great learning tool for someone intermediate like myself

That's fantastic! Thank you very much for everything you do on this wonderful channel. I just started learning Farsi, and your pace of speaking plus the subtitles you add to your podcasts are what I was looking for to assist in my learning of the Persian. خیلی ممنون

Hi Asal! Thank you so much for your podcast, it is really helpful as I'm learning Persian. Thanks for the transcript, too. By the way, if it's not too much trouble for you, I think you should also include a transliteration of Persian with English letters. I know the Persian alphabet, but when it comes to read it's really hard for us foreigners because, as you know, you don't write the vowels. Can you consider it? Thank you anyway for your awesome work! :)

That's a great exercise for listening! And thank you very much for adding English and Farsi subtitles. That's a huge help as there are almost none learning resources with Farsi subtitles. Your tempo is great, I can almost read along now with the Persian subtitles. Sorry for answering in English... I'm not yet fluent enough to get my thoughts out quickly in Farsi...
    Viele liebe Grüße aus Deutschland!

If you are preparing for another podcast, maybe you can do something with everyday conversations. What I mean is this: when I hear Iranians talk together, they are talking about things that have happened or they gossip (I think). I don't like gossip, but at least I want to be able to understand their meaning. It is about conversations like: This morning I was in the grocerystore and I met Jack. He was with a lady. I don't think it's his sister. Do you think he has a new girlfriend? - What did she look like? - She was about his age and she was very beautiful and Jack looked so much in love. - It would be nice if he would marry again. He is so grumpy ever since he is alone...
In these conversations there are a lot of useful structures to learn. Like: What if something would happen... And also the vocabulaire that comes with this is important...
It would be helpful to have a podcast like this.

I think a good podcast would be a discussion about a particular hobby like gardening, hiking, etc. Maybe a discussion about the best tea. I'm more of a coffee person, but what makes a good tea?
