You know, first I thought that the talisman was a placebo, something Tharja "invented" to help with her daughter's shyness. But no, turns out Tharja is fond of experimenting on her family.
+invaderzam That's what I thought. And take note that Noire goes crazy even without the talisman. I'm guessing it has some permanent side effects (like certain drugs).
Mine married libra. I was new to awakening. I thought dark and light would give their child some buff. I don't think I was wrong but I got a decent scene during the dlc.
Me: *sees map filled with pegasus knights* "THIS CALLS FOR THE MANLY VIRION!!! LET ALL TREMBLE AT HIS BOWMASTERFUL WRATH OF TOTALLY EPIC MANLINESS!!!!" Pegasus knights: *closes the gap by one square* me: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUU-
two things. 1, i really... REALLY want a daughter like that. kind and sweet when content, but then shouts stuff like "I AM THE FIRE AND THE FURY! ALL WHO DEFY ME WILL PERISH!" if you piss her off. and 2, i love Chrom's reaction. to be fair it would be mine too lol
I just finished this paralogue yesterday, and I must say, Lv 1 Sorcerer Tharja coupled with Nosferatu is a beast. With 20 defense and additional support from Donnel (husband), I just had to place her on the western bridge and watch her literally solo the entire battalion of Paladins and Bow Knights as they get screwed by critical lifedrains and dual strikes/guards. As for the flyers, they all went and died on Cherche with her Volant Axe, with additional long range healing from Libra. Despite being quite underleveled for this mission, I still made it through, and it was awesome!
Aww, Noire seems like such a nice girl, I wonder how she's going to get out from the slavers. What? She has a bow and she's gonna pick up a talisman, I wonder what- Noire: "I AM THE FIRE AND THE FURY! ALL WHO DEFY ME WILL PERISH! Me: *Is scared shitless* Well that's one party member who's staying in the team.
You need some one except the avatar and Chrom (I think) to marry Tharja and thus allows you to get her side quest and once you able to complete it, she will join your side. I personally like her since she is a descent archer and well her mood swingish personality
I can explain Cordelia. Most of the dialogue with her and Severa (separate conversations)wouldn't make sense as a result, such as Cordelia's support with Henry.
Poor Noire... Good thing she has a kind and sane father. (BTW, even to this day, it astounds me that Libra is a MAN. Granted, it was probably done on purpose but still.)
Part of that is due to supposedly one of the girls he brought home stole a bunch of stuff from the team. The other part? Tharja is her mother, nuff said.
I think its funny that they did that intentionally. They made the setting perfect to where everyone was sure libra was female, ill admit I thought it to. But then again I was busy saving Emmeryn to notice.
On my playthrough I -wanted- to use Virion being the only archer you ever really get but he was just.... not good. Never getting any good growths and eventually just had to go. Once I got Noire, she surpassed him in every possible way, even her strength despite having Henry for a father.
The game gave both Chrom and Sumia limited romantic support options because the game is so incredibly biased in favor of putting Chrom and Sumia together. Also, Cordelia's love for Chrom is meant to be unrequited.
It's like:
Noire: "For once I am more powerful than all of you. I am all powerful! I AM OMNIPOTENT!"
Tharja: "Shut up Noire."
Noire: "Yes ma'am."
Tharja: EEE HEE HEE HEE!!!
Noir: BWA HAA HAA!!!
Chrom: ...shit...
Me: *laughs alongside with both* Wut?
Best scene in whole game :)
You see, Noire? You don't need the talisman. The severe emotional disturbance was inside you all along.
I feel slightly attacked by this sentence
Chrom's "Huh!?" at the end sums it up nicely.
+W1shfulTh1nking I love his "Huhs" :)
+W1shfulTh1nking A normal mother-daughter bond makes sense. But Tharja and Noire's bond makes sense to them and them alone.
You know, first I thought that the talisman was a placebo, something Tharja "invented" to help with her daughter's shyness. But no, turns out Tharja is fond of experimenting on her family.

either that,or its lehran's medallian
I mean, my Tharja married Gaius so yeah, she really likes to do that
Mine married libra. I was new to awakening. I thought dark and light would give their child some buff. I don't think I was wrong but I got a decent scene during the dlc.
I just love Noire when she says "BLOOD AND THUNDER!". I love it especially with a thunder tome..... along with vengence. :P
Me: *sees map filled with pegasus knights*
"THIS CALLS FOR THE MANLY VIRION!!! LET ALL TREMBLE AT HIS BOWMASTERFUL WRATH OF TOTALLY EPIC MANLINESS!!!!"
Pegasus knights: *closes the gap by one square*
me: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUU-
Are you ok
I don't think they are

*BUSTA WOLF!*
lol at Sumia's continual crits; you don't mess with her kids!
She was staying for me the moment she said, "BLOOD AND THUNDER!!!"
Chrom: oh no, there are two of them now!

Half of my team fucking died lmao
Oh,this is just wonderful.....

Noire: "I AM THE FIRE AND THE FURY! ALL WHO DEFY ME WILL PERISH!

The same voice actress as Yuki Nagato and Tsukasa Hiiragi... both are soft-spoken characters. That cackle scared the living CRAP out of me!
Poor Chrom. But I guess it can't hurt to have the crazies on your side of the field.
And in her supports with Inigo, she shoots arrows at all the girls he flirts with and constantly keeps an arrow pointed at him.
Geez Chrom luna and a crit? That poor guy never saw what was coming
38:25 agreed.
Noire: IT'S TRUE! I am your seed.
The characters in this game are so well done. I love them all :D
Noire is even more crazy than her mother
Aww, that's so sweet. I loves her even more.
This is the most amusing group-up I've seen with Orihime and Rukia ye---
Oh wait, wrong media.
"Oh, fie. Let's make it two."
...you pick that up from Say'ri, Tharja?
i swear her talisman is some kind of reference to lehran's medallian
And then there were three crazies.
You need some one except the avatar and Chrom (I think) to marry Tharja and thus allows you to get her side quest and once you able to complete it, she will join your side. I personally like her since she is a descent archer and well her mood swingish personality
Gives stat boosts for 1 turn depending on what rally skill you have equipped.
I can explain Cordelia. Most of the dialogue with her and Severa (separate conversations)wouldn't make sense as a result, such as Cordelia's support with Henry.

Out of curiosity, why did you put Chrom into Great Knight?
Oh fuck... Noire is back, I,m scared right now...
I kinda think that Noire dad is either Robin or Gaius. I can't really be sure about it
Do you mean canonically?
I chose Libra for Noire's father too. :D
how did i recuit tharja without killing her
thanks.
damn, sumia.
all those crits o.o
Part of that is due to supposedly one of the girls he brought home stole a bunch of stuff from the team. The other part? Tharja is her mother, nuff said.
How do I make my kid like that......I must take notes.
quick question what does rally do?
Timothy Peterson ur stupid
It makes one stat of the allies around you stronger
I think its funny that they did that intentionally. They made the setting perfect to where everyone was sure libra was female, ill admit I thought it to. But then again I was busy saving Emmeryn to notice.
Why is Chrom Great Knight?
On my playthrough I -wanted- to use Virion being the only archer you ever really get but he was just.... not good. Never getting any good growths and eventually just had to go. Once I got Noire, she surpassed him in every possible way, even her strength despite having Henry for a father.
them slave traders though, trying to play the role in a doujin just to be quickly reminded that they're in the wrong genre.
BLOOD AND THUNDER
um...i matched up Tharja with Henry...I may or may not have screwed over Noire in my game...oops.
i think i wet myself in fear ; -;
Good
....That's not what I was....nvm....
second seal her to dark mage or something magical and she'll be destruction incarnate
umm who is noire's father again?
I don't want to be alone in a room with her -_-;
Chrom can't marry Tharja, but the avatar can. If it's a male avatar, anyway.
omega you should do commentary
Noire is my favorite child but I don't like her with blond hair.
I thought Libra was a girl oO
Libra in FEH: by the gods, even the summoner mistakes me for a woman!
Seriously Lol..... XD
o.o O_O O_o o_O shes nuts!
you're a girl? :))
then I salute you!
