This child was loved by strangers during the trial as he was never loved by anyone in his own family. As sad as it sounds, he is now in a better place. He didn’t deserve all that suffering lasting his whole life. The true punishment for Shanda and Paul should be to receive in prison the same treatment they gave Timothy. For the rest of their natural life.

He is responsible for his death. He didn't feed him even after the mom told him to. You can hear it in the messages . Hours after she told him to she would ask Paul did you feed him he would respond not yet. Paul resented having to care for him. 90 percent of Timothys punishments were due to Paul telling and complaining on him. He got so mad that Timothy ate one of his poptarts he wanted to strangle him to death. Paul wanted to beat him down several times but the mom wouldn't permit it. And even by his own admission he slapped him around. The punishment for the poptart was 2 full days without food.
Once Paul stepped on his diaper he left on bathroom floor and when Paul told the mom she ordered an ice bath.
Paul was just as sinister as the mom and his not feeding him when he was told is why he died of starvation. He wouldn't even give him water to drink.
Paul S.A. Timothy when Paul was 9 yrs old so the dad should be charged for allowing him to live with Paul.
Yea the mom is 100percent to blame but so is Paul. He gets sentenced the 29th and I pray the judge doesn't go so light on him that he gets out and hurts another helpless soul.

@@kimberleeturner8475Paul already made a plea deal to not be charged with his murder. In return he would testify and tell the truth.. so it's not likely he will get what he deserves. I totally agree with you about Paul not feeding him and being annoyed by his special needs brother, who desperately needed help & care, Mom made him do it. I bet he resented that and took it out on him:( Plus guys his age are self centered and want to do what they want, not to be a care taker. Brain washed also by psycho mom.

I lost my 14 daughter to suicide. I remember it all in a dream state. Finding her and I just remember screaming and screaming and my brain was fighting reality. I remember laying across the backseat of my brother-in-law’s car as we chased the ambulance to the hospital while they were working their asses off trying to get a pulse. I remember seeing a face I knew greet me at the hospital bc she had children in school with mine and I remember collapsing into her.
This woman never shed a tear. There are no maternal gutter sounds of pain and that is something I can feel to this day in my bones.
You’ve absolutely nailed what she’s doing in trying to control the narrative. There is no concern at all with her child who has been taken away in an ambulance bc she must make sure her co-conspirator, another child she’s abused, doesn’t screw up the story.
The crazy thing is she works in the court. She knows the power of forensic evidence. She has to know that they already know he was dead hours before the time she claims.
This is bizarre. I can’t imagine being so detached from a life I grew inside my own body.

At the same time, stories surface of her begging for money for extra food in prison. Whilst Timothy was alive, she kept a full fridge of food locked up. So this delusional delivery of her own demonic rhetoric is a good indicator that since her husband's stroke the intent to bring about his demise was there already. She had no moral compass when it came to Timothy. Heartbreaking for the child, who craved only love and care. Both were withheld by this monster.

There’s no mistaking that Shanda was Paul’s entire life. After watching his police interrogation I was blown away because Paul kept telling the detective his mother loved them so much and i was literally watching Paul begin to realize his world was not what he thought it was. He now clearly understands the level of inhumanity of it all and he needs intensive psychological rehabilitation and counseling to be OK. Paul may have been able to go to work and school but it’s obvious he had no other life. He wasn’t doing what normal kids his age do because he was essentially her slave in my opinion. He even says in text: Mom, Timothy is trying to get me in trouble. He knew he didn’t want to be in his brother’s shoes. He’s not adequately socialized.

No one of this family isn't correctly associated with the other members of the family, especially concerning the relationship between Paul and Thimothy, since he has been absent all this time, except for the Several months prior his murder.
That's pure evil that this psychopath shows, she is definitely alienating family members, in order to keep full control - the Narcissists first tactic of manipulation.
Paul is a victim like Thimothy was.He wasn't just so important for her to get rid off and on the other hand - she saw his value as a tool , an instrument she might use over the other household.I believe she was a obstacle, but not such a great one as Thimothy!
Paul couldn't feel more protected , except from the moments when he could be hadfull and useful to her.Thats why he participated , but he was disturbed throughout the process of torture over Thimothy.
She was convincible, that nothing however depends on him, since she is control, but yet he started to receive a flashlight that this is not right and the form it takes is leading to something that is not right!

do you know what Jesus Christ says about people like this? He literally says >>>
*"and if any of you should hurt one of these little ones, it would be better for you to tie a millstone around your neck and jump in the deep water”*
It used to be hard for me to understand as well but God is not to blame here or in any other situation.
God gave this lady free will and look what she did with hers she chose bad she chose wrong she chose evil. She didn’t have to but did.
If heaven exists and God exists and I believe these things to be true- THEN that means Satan exists as well… and we know for sure that God did not influence this lady or female rather, (bc a lady would never act this way) God did not influence her in anyway to do these things that she’s done.
Satan and his demons do and did and will again. People are calling her a demon she’s not one… but she’s clearly plagued by demons, maybe even thousands.
We look at her and anyone like her with such disgust and hatred because of her cruelty her coldheartedness & evilness but what are we judging this by moral law man’s law?
If you are not saved by the blood of Jesus Christ that is how God sees every single one of us.
you’re like stained and dirty and only Jesus Christ can wash you clean and change your heart and make you like New and so you must be born again.
But if you would like to spend eternity with her and or people like her or worse do nothing and your place in hell will be secured.
God wants us to choose life.
and you cannot wait until you die out of this bag of bones and flesh to make your decision- don’t let the demons plaguing you make you ignore this message. They can’t stand the truth and will have you running away from it.
For the last 40+ years doctors and scientists have been getting together and have now come to the conclusion that death does not mean what they originally thought it to be. by definition they had to change what it says when you look up the meaning. And what they have found was it does not mean that you cease to exist altogether when you die. Christians know this already one things for certain we’re all going to live forever but you have to choose now while you’re in this life of where your forever will be.
And if you hate evil like this then I think you should choose God/Jesus Christ the kingdom of God and heaven. .. not a nasty place with people like this person and much worse.
God wants you to accept Jesus Christ into your life make him your new number one best friend. So put your trust in the lord & love the Lord your God with all your heart and soul & confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is the son of God he was crucified & died on the cross for your sins and raised again on the third day. Accept the lord as your savior. And you will be saved.

I don’t know what it is, I thought of it is due to over diagnosing any developmental delay as autism.
But the rest of it… Somethings going on. There’s something going on in the environment that’s messing with our DNA and causing all these autistic people.
Definitely not a good time to be breeding.

@@leigha000 Oh ya I completely agree!! After year's of my ADULT son on and off would disobey and never clean his messes, never would wash a cup or dish, he would talk to himself in his room and laughing I mean to the point where it was like you'd think there's two people in his room. He told my late wife there was a girl on his window sill that would come and talk to him. He'd shower about once a month, longest I remember back in our old house he went two months without taking a shower. I lived in the basement he lived in one of the upstairs rooms. He smashed his room up bad. Whenever he'd get mad he'd punch holes in the walls, old food on the floor like pizza crust, bread pieces, cig butts you name it. Coffee cups with mold in it from rotten old coffee with a bunch of cig butts in them and spit, etc. It got way out of hand. Whenever he would go crazy we'd call the police and they'd take him to the hospital on the psych floor, but they'd only keep him seven days tops then send him back home. After a couple weeks it would start back up again. I tell him to do something he'd tell me later, or no, I'd say "Kenny I want that cleaned up etc, he'd say " don't Fk with me dad" then a shouting match would happen, then he'd go in his room and start breaking things. It took years before I could finally get him in a place that handles these kids, or adults. They take all their SSI checks and only give them about 40 dollars a month spending money for cigarettes etc. He's now 30, he's been in there since 2016. There's much more to the story. I feel bad real bad I can't do nothing for him because I'm poor, he's in Detroit, not a good area. But he seems to like it there. I don't talk to him much but when we talk on the phone he never says he hates it there. I want to bring him here to a good neighborhood but that would cost probably two grand a month I can't afford it. The state of Michigan don't care about them they just put you in old places in the ghetto more less, and nothing you can do about it. My dad and my aunt won't even give me a dime to buy him something, my aunt says she wants to buy him some stuff but that's just talk. Lol my dad won't even help me lol. So ya that what she did was pure evil and she had a job that made great money. If she couldn't handle him like me she could've put him in a group home simple, they know how to deal with them! She should get more than life, I can't say or RUclips will delete my comment

The last full day timothy was alive, july 5th 2022, he was punished with an 8 hour ice bath, shower curtain removed so he couldnt use it to "cover up" for warmth of any kind, this punishment was for "faking" being nonresponsive... he was dying... shanda asked paul if it would be "crazy" to put hot sauce on timothys penis, and if hes willing to do it...
One of the sickest things i feel likely happened is that they tortured his dead body with further "punishments" for being nonresponsive... punishments for being dead..
Furthermore, hot sauce was in fact found in the bathroom timothy was regularly forced to take ice baths in.
That poor sweet innocent child had hypothermia so bad his internal organs were in a state of hypothermia.

I live about 90 min from that house. It's a good neighborhood and she hid in plain site. Paul definaty played a part, however, it is immed obvious that something is "off" with him. I was a social work tech with at risk kids. Paul doesn't present as a 20 yr old. His behavior can't be let go but prison doesn't seem his best option. If i could sentence them, she would never have a comfortable day in her life. Paul would be court committed to a mental/occupational facility. I believe he's young enough to be saved. Survival guilt is real. Paul also has to come to terms with what he did to Tim at that womans commands, cameras, locks etc. God help the little guy. Is he 8? When he finds out what his family is about, he will need endless support. By far, one of the most infuriating, heartbreaking cases ever. 💔

Why do people EVER expect abused people to trust police or DCYF?! Every. Time. You. Call. Them, YOU are abandoned by them and brutally punished by the abuser.
The same goes for when you're in an abusive marriage. "Well, just leave," they say, and then they do, and you get beaten again.
If they want people to call the cops, the cops need to help and not just put the child into an even worse situation with even more controlling violence levied against them.

I just finished listening to one of Shanda’s prison phone calls complaining about the food they serve asking her friend if she could put money in her account so she could order things she liked to eat, I was so happy when her friend said no she didn’t have it to give !! Her son wasn’t able to eat anything except for bread covered in hot sauce so why shouldn’t she have to suffer !!

She clearly has no understanding of other people, no empathy, no remorse. I hope that the cooks in prison are putting all sorts of filthy in her food and she never ever gets to enjoy another morsel of anything EVER. That poor kid. Her texts tell the story of a woman who enjoyed causing pain and suffering.

She makes my skin crawl. I was a case like this, although I survived. I was near death when I was rescued in 1978. The cop was able to dip a finger into my pelvis and the back of his finger wasn't even touching the skin of my sunken belly (I was 7). This woman looks SO much like the foster monster who harmed me.
Paul looks like a skeleton, too. He was definitely being abused, and part of the abuse of HIM was to force him to hurt his brother; I can almost guaranty it. In the 'home' I was in where this happened to us, the more 'liked' kids were punished for any compassion by making them punish us. Sometimes they would be forced to personally take the lives of their pets if they wouldn't hurt us. Looking back as an adult, I think that's *why* they were given pets to begin with.
Just because someone isn't DIAGNOSED autistic, doesn't mean they AREN'T autistic. Paul obviously has some kind of delay, even if it's only the one that she forced onto him.
I don't mean this rudely (but also not nicely, frankly), but do you guys truly NOT understand how abused children are taught to be TERRIFIED of police, DCYF, etc.? We don't ask for help because the times that we do ask for help, WE are the ones who suffer. The cops/ DCYF don't listen to us, don't believe us... and then we are brutalized savagely. You want people like us to reach out to you for help? THEN HELP US WHEN WE DO. Prove the monsters wrong and actually HELP. When my brother escaped from the foster monsters, do you know who dragged him back for a night of having his skin flayed off [literally, not figuratively] by a 'switch'? The cops!
Can you please stop talking about Paul like he has reason to trust DCYF or 911? Can you please acknowledge the fact that DCYF had already been involved and she STILL ended up with poor Timothy in her care?? Did they check on him at his father's house? Did they know where he was? Did they CARE WHERE HE WAS?
All of you people pointing fingers at Paul, and I kind of get that... but you have no idea how often kids ask for help and don't get it. Over, and over, and over... Now you want to know why he didn't keep trying? Maybe you think about that for a while, eh?

Good point. Sounds like Stockholm Syndrome. I remember getting sucked in by a malignantly narcissistic boss. Looking back, I realized I joined her cult of personality because I was afraid of her, so I shamefully did her bidding. Like placating a bad man. The outcome for me has taken years to overcome somewhat. But I still have bad dreams and PTSD from it.

Paul was already an adult when he started living with his mother and Timothy. He was already 18. So she didn't force him to do those things to his brother he was a willing participant. He could have said no that's not right, to her, but he didn't. He could have helped but he didn't.

Paul got exactly what was coming to him. He is a sadistic monster just like his mother. He could have gotten help at any time. I will give him a little credit for trying to get his mother to lighten up, but not sure of his motivation. The Prosecutor suggested that they did not want Timothy to died so they could continue to torture him.

Paul should get some prison time, not in general pop. He also needs intense long term, residential therapy, and stepped down slowly, only when he is ready to be integrated into society. The “mother” if you can call her that, should do life with no parole, no special protection.

Paul is the one who initially starved him to death. He had to clean Timothys poop so he didn't feed him because of that.
In his interagation he said he tried to give him enough calories.
The mom put the responsibility of caring for a special needs child on her other speciaal needs child.
Paul resented it. He was addicted to his electronics. His you tube channel to have to stop and look after Timothy. Thats why he , Paul, kept him locked in that closet.
The Mom only cared about herself and Gabriel. She had no emotional attachment to Paul or Timothy due to their disabilities. She used Paul.
Paul wanted to please his mom.PAUL IS EQUALLY QUILTY as Mom. It was by his hand his brother died.
