I find it easy for money. At first I was a little afraid to give out money, but I've increased my fear. I've become much more generous.
And for love: I stood at my landlady's door twice with cake and was turned away. She only took the cake, but didn't want the company. Today I stood at the door with a tray and coffee and cake and was invited in. We spent a pleasant coffee hour together.

I have a small - perhaps a bit stupid - question. Let's say I want to be successful and in order to be successful myself I first have to help others to be successful. But what do I do if I don't know how to be successful and therefore don't know how I can really help someone else to be successful? That's not an excuse. I just started: I handed out flyers for a friend and advertised her great massages and I wrote reviews for books that help the author to get more sales, but also help those who buy them. Is that what you mean? What other ways are there to help others to be more successful?

Talk, listen, follow your heart. just believe that this person can be successful and show it, tell him/her. If someone wants to beomce successful it is such a great help to have someone who believes that it is possible!

In order to get better fit, I set up a fitness challenge with a friend to get her involved and motivated. I have good intrinsic motivation, but I couldn't get her to join in. She always has some excuses as to why this didn't work and that didn't work. I don't know how to motivate someone who wants to do something and then doesn't. Hmm? Just get someone else? But I like this friend. I would really like to help her achieve her goals, but here too - just like with success - I don't know HOW? Do you have any tips or suggestions for me?
