Several Bangladeshi individuals have been lynched to death simply because they belong to a particular community following the unrest in Bangladesh. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina resigned and later fled the country after massive student protests erupted. After her departure, public anger led to further violence, including lynchings, shop looting, and forced entry into the Prime Minister’s residence. Additionally, there have been reports of the destruction of Hindu temples, and the killing, raping, and kidnapping of Hindus living in Bangladesh. India has continuously condemned the situation. In response, many Bangladeshi Hindus have come together to protest against the atrocities in Bangladesh, and people around the world have also started protesting against the violence.
