Only thing I can think of since the fuel seems ok in the video is a vacuum leak of some kind. That would explain your afr being off a little. Maybe the wastegate or the blow off valve might be leaking boost past a certain psi 🤷🏽♂️

I put gt40p heads with new vaulve springs and the gt40 intake from the junkyard and it works perfect! Adds about 100 horsepower with the combo of heads cam and intake and really helps if you port and polish them... it's pretty easy just gasket match everything...and the same explorer's that have the intake and heads have 3.73 gears so you might want to take the gears too...
I'm going on3 turbo too with my fox and it comes with different headers so I will have the bbk shorties just sitting if he doesn't want the longtubes lmk
