Emmmmm Brandon... ...It is actually crazy how evident it is that Milo is getting you to achieve so many good things in your swing with such simple to understand directions. Honestly can't get enough of Milo's instruction. Also I actually found the banter between you guys quietly hilarious, which was a bonus! Cannot wait for the next. I would be visiting Milo regularly if I wasn't in Scotland.
Brandon, the harder you swung, the less depth into water you achieved. Old habits die hard, especially when trying to kill it. But fun to watch. Milo is the real deal. He has taught me that getting underwater, reflexing the hips/knees, and hip external rotation (the Sam Snead squat) early in the downswing promotes a powerful, longer lasting, and effective pelvic rotation. And, it works! But, we don't do those things for random reasons. It has a purpose and it gets the body into a specific position so you are ready and able to rotate the pelvis like Milo! Well, almost like Milo.
Hey Brendon, Great stuff as always, especially these that you do with Milo. Thanks! Milo makes a quick comment at 16:04 about " not arching your back", that I'd love to see more on. Some folks seem to include, at least a feeling of, this type of "arching move" in their swing - you've probably seen that TW range practice clip with him doing an exaggerated version of it.
6 years and Brandon finally didn't early extend...once. Going 110% when learning a new move does yourself and your teacher a disservice. Please keep working with Milo, he's got the key to your Be Better golf swing.
Great explanation of the push up being rotational - I’m struggling with the “sloppy arms” Milo mentions describing the arm structure- how did you fix that? More extension or more width?
This also makes shallowing MUCH easier. When I started using Milo transition moves I stopped having to think about shallowing the club (which wasn’t working anyways).
Flattening that shaft in transition (9:17) looks super sick(in a good way:). Just a little too much right tilt just a little early in the downswing. But I'm being really picky. Looks great. I've never seen your setup look so good. I monitored your levels on the backswing and you came up MAYBE just 1/2 inch. Big improvement. Hey B, did you strengthen your grip?
great video. I feel like swing to the left. But it is a pretty good swing arc. Some other say swing to the right about 1 o’clock direction, but then I feel hand has to rotate, which is not good.
like the concept of moving up to get slight rise of driver head into the ball on swing, but how does that relate to swing iron downward?maybe another video on that. thanks john
Water line imagery really good... patent it. Very similar to Malaska's push the hips back to begin the downswing, correct? You speak more to levels which helps the understanding... And "Be Better Golf", this got rid of your slight over the top move you've had. At the 12:00 mark, the push must create more rotation....comment. But there is a lot of talk of the "jump up" of Rory McElroy....(??) Milo...good stuff...I'm a believer.
Question maybe for Milo. I’ve seen some videos where you turn more horizontally, pushing back with the front leg, and some where you prefer a sit and push up/back. Is this a choice, a match-up, depending on whether you swing on a flatter plane (so rotate hips more horizontal and push back with left leg) vs swinging on a steeper plane (more squat and push up/back). No doubt it’s a blend, but would you say steeper = more squat push up left leg, flatter = less squat more push hips back with left leg?
Great video Brendan. You were making some great changes in your swing repeatedly here. What I am really interested to know is what your angle of attack was on many of these swings versus your standard swing??? Were you getting a positive angle of attack versus a standard negative angle of attack? That is how you truly take advantage of all the current drivers on the market to increase ball speed and drop spin.
Yeah seriously, no one wants to hear you drone on swing after swing ad nauseam. It’s like listening to that guy who gives you an account of his round shot by shot, no one cares.
Posterior pelvic tilt to Anterior pelvic tilt!!! PPT TO APT... Brendon you really need to try and get your hands at impact to mirror and match your hands at address... that is one of the deciding factors in early extension and overall consistency. I see that the difference between the two positions is very different, and if you worked on returning hands and shaft closer to what they were at address you would see a big difference.
It would be fun to watch Brendon on the tee surrounded by all the instructors he’s visited, each telling him a key to follow on the swing-and his head explodes. I wonder if he’ll be back to his standard swing in due time. It seems he has always had difficulty staying behind the ball and maintaining good body angles. He’s always had just a little bit of stand-up-and-flip-it in his swing that he hasn’t conquered.
you want to over-exaggerate it and it feels like you're doing it before the club is even ready for a downswing transition - remember that how one feels the movement seldom has the effect - in practice - that we imagine it does as we are doing it...remember, also, that the purpose of lowering the body is to get to the ground so that one can use the ground to help rotate the hips. As Milo said, it doesn't help to lower and do all that if the effect is to raise the hip rather than rotate it. It's about getting the hips to rotate, to turn explosively. It helps me to write it, I hope you get something out of it...I would watch the video again where he talks about it. Milo has other videos where he talks about it, too (on Milo's channel).
So, once again, I'd like to see Milo and Monte debate this. I know Monte has a similar below the water line move, but Monte applies torque early. Milo says he does not.
Maybe it’s just me but I think a lot of people think hitting up means the club face has to be facing up and not just travelling up. Which would explain why so many flip.
Seems there STILL is a “release” even with a “tow” approach to ball striking. And Brendon’s swing here looks really fast. Yet his clubhead speed is not as high as does his swing looks - what is missing? Is his release at the wrong moment? I’m guessing it is a “release” issue.
Dude, way too inefficient swing. Add more weight transfer and let your torso pull your arms through then snap your right arm down. It’s way effortless. Your putting way too much effort into your swing
This jumping business on the downswing is garbage! Unless you're competing in a Long Drive contest there is zero reason to be jumping. Wait the phone's ringing... It's Tom Hanks calling from the movie A League Of Her Own.... What's that Tom? Yes, I agree .... There Is NO Jumping in Golf !!! ⛳ Lol. Seriously.... There is no jumping in golf. That's just bad Footwork. If you want to jump, go play basketball

wow, this helps a lot. Ive been all over YT watching golf vids and some vids are hit others are miss - this was a hit!
10:33 ....for today? I don't think you re gonna to do much better...
Just love a teacher who would tell it like it is. Full marks to Milo!
Hey Brendon,

I think the Milo style fits better to ur natural mindset than your regular swing... Its fun to watch!!!
6 years and Brandon finally didn't early extend...once. Going 110% when learning a new move does yourself and your teacher a disservice. Please keep working with Milo, he's got the key to your Be Better golf swing.
Lol. Don’t only watch the video....LISTEN TO IT. He’s going at it hard on purpose. 🤦♂️
Great video. This Milo guy is a great instructor.
Great tips & lessons. Thank you Milo PGA & Be Better Golf..
hey la verdad muy bueno video me encanto necesito el nuevo material los dejo les mando cariños gracias
Great explanation of the push up being rotational - I’m struggling with the “sloppy arms” Milo mentions describing the arm structure- how did you fix that? More extension or more width?
B! Super pure swing at 9:17! Great stuff.
Thumbs up for Milo!
Like it. Good job explaining your theory.
This also makes shallowing MUCH easier. When I started using Milo transition moves I stopped having to think about shallowing the club (which wasn’t working anyways).

Which small launch monitor is used here ?
The small one just measures club speed. It is called “swing speed radar”
great video. I feel like swing to the left. But it is a pretty good swing arc. Some other say swing to the right about 1 o’clock direction, but then I feel hand has to rotate, which is not good.

Similar. But ball is in middle of your arc
Water line imagery really good... patent it.

agreed - the water line imagery is very helpful, have to love the inventiveness...
great demo. Thanks for sharing
...that TOW concept is gold
What shaft does Milo have in his driver?
Brandon what were the distance improvements with this move.
About 15 yards I’d say. Not easy to do tho. Still trying to get it
At a glance at the thumbnail for the video here it looks like Milo swings a lot like Trevino.
Huge Compliment to milo. Trevino was so accurate.
These videos with Milo are great!
Brandon, Please help me understand why don't you squat during your back swing instead of waiting till the beginning of the downswing? Thanks!
Because then the first move in transition would be up and that wouldn’t be optimum

The direction of the push should be a parallel force vector to the direction the club is swinging on
Brendan usually talks way to much for my taste but “these balls have been hit so much by you and ruined” was classic 😂
I thought so too at first but Brandon actually asks really good questions and I appreciate him doing that rather than just sitting there nodding away
whats the link for your clubhead radar
That swing at 9:40 is really good!
Great video Brendan. You were making some great changes in your swing repeatedly here. Were you getting a positive angle of attack versus a standard negative angle of attack? Thx Scott
Damn. It every time he's about to say the thing I want to hear you interupted him with a swing and asking how was that. Just let him finish urrrggg
Yeah seriously, no one wants to hear you drone on swing after swing ad nauseam. It’s like listening to that guy who gives you an account of his round shot by shot, no one cares.
Your head is still going up on back swing compare to Milo’s squat move. Just an observation since that’s what you’re committed to work on lately;-)
hahaha... Milo is a former baseball player and right off the bat was able to make the golf ball go fast and far.....
Posterior pelvic tilt to Anterior pelvic tilt!!! PPT TO APT... Brendon you really need to try and get your hands at impact to mirror and match your hands at address... that is one of the deciding factors in early extension and overall consistency. Can someone help me understand how to make the move with body going down?

Lee detrick gave you same advice in slap shot video
Brendan do you pay these guys for them to be on or do they do it hoping to get some clients that stick around.... like especially dana?
What’s the radar he’s using
Flightscope
@@BEBETTERGOLF sorry the one that your using next to the ball
@@chachifeere that’s an SSR radar.
Face Control w/driver - wrist conditions etc....???????
Follow this teacher on youtube. He and GG Swingtips teach by far the best golf swing!!!
So, once again, I'd like to see Milo and Monte debate this. I know Monte has a similar below the water line move, but Monte applies torque early. Milo says he does not.
ruclips.net/video/SUiXRFeZToE/видео.html
I want maximum force put on the club this video should clarify how👍
Maybe it’s just me but I think a lot of people think hitting up means the club face has to be facing up and not just travelling up. Which would explain why so many flip.
Some of those shots were so wide, they'd be OB at St Andrews Old Course's 1st hole! 😂🙈
12:30 Difficult to do! He barely touches the water!
Seems there STILL is a “release” even with a “tow” approach to ball striking. And Brendon’s swing here looks really fast. Yet his clubhead speed is not as high as does his swing looks - what is missing? Is his release at the wrong moment? I’m guessing it is a “release” issue.
Milo.... belt buckle ...where when going under the water...still at ball?
The belt line should move down until the knees are squared up then begin rising for then on.
Cool video. You can really see that you are throwing out the club too soon. Milo is keeping it together way longer.
LOL, “there are no winners”😂.....says me every time I reach into my ball pocket
looks easy but very hard to do
i will never get those 10 mins back
All good stuff....but the ONLY number that counts is your SCORE... Would like to see you and Milo on the course.
You should check Milo’s channel. He’s got some on course videos. Worth watching!
114mph swing speed is enough to get 170 ball speed
Here it seems that you're "sitting too much" without generating that much force. But then you found Dan Martin...
They did say they were exaggerating.
13.36 most of these balls have been hit by you and ruined lol like it
Not sure what you are trying to achieve here Brendan. You hit the ball plenty far already, it's your consistency that's lacking.
I think they r connected. Sequence is consistency and power.
Ummm not sure about the use of that emoji in the title. Next you’ll see an eggplant used to represent a golf club.
Milo. I am going to get fitted. Should I see you first?
Probably 👍
Dude, way too inefficient swing. Add more weight transfer and let your torso pull your arms through then snap your right arm down. It’s way effortless. Your putting way too much effort into your swing
Easier said than done
