I'm in two minds, to be honest! I'm seeing good things about a starch-based diet that looks easy to maintain (more potatoes!), or doing the nutritarian thing straight out of the Eat to Live book, which... well, 2lbs of food a day sounds crazy at the moment. I've got two weeks to really decide and do a bit more reading, I guess!
Martin the Great Potato Mage We started with the 6 week plan from Eat To Live, but have adapted it over the last 10 months. I’m currently reading Dr. McDougall’s Starch Solution which seems like it may have been a bit easier of a transition. Good luck!!
Hey there! Glad to have you over :D Those three (because OBVIOUSLY Peef needs recognition as the brains of the outfit!) are amazing. Hope you enjoy my journey :)
So excited for you. I'm binging on your videos, and I can't wait to see your progress. 132 pounds doesn't seem accurate. Oh, wait, that's kg. I haven't thought in kg since chemistry, so your videos are going to be an adventure in body and mind ;)
Hehehe I swear, the part I dread most is figuring out the conversions on weigh-in days! I used to work in Stones and Pounds, because that's what we use mostly in the UK...then at some nebulous point, I think when I started dating Sigute, because her scale was in Kilos I just switched to that... and now I'm making videos, and I know that an American audience is SO MUCH MORE LIKELY, I started using Pounds without the Stones!!! It's a nightmare :P lol I seriously can't wait to put this timelapse video up in a couple of months... I think it's going to be surprising just how my entire body has changed with the weight-loss... ...Plus it's kinda funny to see all my chest and stomach hair just DISAPPEAR in the middle of it thanks to the surgery I had! XD
Yea for you!
Yes! This is for you & your life.
Brian and Jessica sent me! Happy to follow your journey. And even better, your English!!☺️
"i'm worth it; you're probably worth it too." Well said - Love the positivity - eager to watch your transformation!
Loved the intro! What is the plan for after the potatoes? Can’t wait to see how it goes 😆
