Didn't you know that there was a rental crisis in Canada? Toronto and Vancouver next to impossible to fine an affordable unit. Anyone moving to Canada and especially these two cities should have known that beforehand.

Technically if your credit history is reported to Equifax or Transunion I believe it should be okay. Otherwise it might not be recognized.
