Being an Indian and Sikh i didn’t found anything wrong in it. Due to this digital hate and brain washing people have stopped thinking rationally. If we see this act as an awareness and promoting yoga among Sikhs what is wrong in that. we should practice sikh martial art (gatka), yoga, meditation in gurudwara. Its a healthy habit and we should promote this in our religion. Its easy to spread hate than love nowdays.
As a Sikh, my request to SGPC is instead of filing FIR again and again which causes communal tension. Why not make a proper Code of Conduct suitable for Present times. Use Technology where it can be displayed how to act inside the Darbar Sahib complex. Do's and Don'ts. These incidents keep happening which tarnishes image of Sikhs. In Every Entrance Create a Visual representation of Maryada inside Gurudwara. Even Foreigners come to Darbar sahib, one lady made a pose. She should've been punished as well. Foreigners make Vlogs, either restrict all of them. They shouldn't do selective criticism. Even We can make mistakes as humans when we go abroad, if we visit an important place violating a rule. What will we do if they act the same way?? Sikhi is about Tolerance and Forgiveness. Threatening her and even rap* threats, Those people should be punished. No way u r showing your strength in front of a girl.

Yoga has mention in the Sikh scriptures. In just the Japji Sahib, there are many verses which speak of Yoga. In stanza 9: By hearing God's Name, man understands the ways of Jog (Yoga - a method of realizing Him) and the secrets of the body (that it is the house of God, He creates and runs it, how to control the mind). In stanza 17: Countless practice Yoga (Yogis practice Yoga - a method to meet God) and stay detached from the world. 1st of all if in SHRI VRINDAVAN DHAAM some one will do same Yoga Aasan with full body upside down and record a Reel. Is it fine? There is nothing wrong in doing Yoga but she could have done this outside of Golden Temple where there is a Park Area.
2nd Regarding Namaaz at Golden Temple: It was performed outside of Golden Temple Parikarma where there is road. Even we walk with shoes there. That area is not part of Golden Temple or even Golden Temple Parisar.

Extremism in any religion is not good. Nowdays every religion practitioner have forgotten the basic principles of their religion. Its more of every religion thinks they are superior than other that where the problem is. I didn’t found anything wrong in doing yoga that too outside the area of worship near sarovar. Use Technology where it can be displayed how to act inside the Darbar Sahib complex. Do's and Don'ts. These incidents keep happening which tarnishes image of Sikhs. In Every Entrance Create a Visual representation of Maryada inside Gurudwara. Even Foreigners come to Darbar sahib, one lady made a pose. She should've been punished as well. Foreigners make Vlogs, either restrict all of them. They shouldn't do selective criticism. Even We can make mistakes as humans when we go abroad, if we visit an important place violating a rule. What will we do if they act the same way?? Sikhi is about Tolerance and Forgiveness. Threatening her and even rap* threats, Those people should be punished.
