Gotta love that sticky seam sealer. Recently had to fix a carpet to sheet vinyl transition in an apartment on concrete subfloor. Little bit of zbar, concrete tack, and M-363 seam sealer did the trick. Easy as pie. I do wish that the sealer I used was the good good flammable stuff but my local carpet store doesn't sell it anymore.
Hey just wanted to say thanks so much for putting your videos up, first time installing carpet and it has been a learning experience! Your videos have helped a lot.
Great work ! I’m a fan or ur trade I have a question I have my carpet peeling off from it’s place on the stairs the was installed to drywall! How would I tack it back to wall?
Do you happen to have a video for transitioning from plush carpet to rubber gym flooring (on concrete)? My gut says something like tack and tuck without a reducer but just not sure.
Hello I had a question that does not really relate to this video, but im looking to buy a van to carry my carpets in but I don't know which van is the best one for the job. Any suggestions would be grate?
Hi, I'm starting my own carpet repair business in alabama. Do you happen to have any tips for someone just starting out on their own? I've been learning carpet repair from a man that has been doing it for almost 40 years. I've now just completed my 2nd year of learning. One question I do have is, what kind of vehicle would you suggest I buy to work out of? The man I learned from used a Ford e150 van. I was wanting something a little bit smaller. He also does LVP and carpet installs so I don't plan to need that much space to carry rolls of carpet or the extra tools that he drives around with for the LVP.
Where have you been, Mike?
Where you been Mike? Hopefully your making a million! All da best!
