I mostly work with 4strand of 0.70mm thick wire. I also use 1.25mm to create a frame and then 0.90mm to make a cage. So yes, I use different sizes of wire and multi strands.
Lol, I made this as soon as I can out of school, this was my 4th attempt at a sculpture lol. Dw, I'm going to make a much better tutorial sooner or later.

Just galvanised tie wire, I want to use stainless steel but it's hard to source
