Very enjoyable video Donna makes great Saturday night viewing I had to laugh at the start crossing that stile put a new meaning to the word a difficult leg over 😀 great food and scenery as usual, back in the day I wasn't a fan of bothies I used to camp outside in my tent it was more comfortable for me anyway thumbs up as always Donna and thanks for sharing brilliant x

Worth it though for that sweet little shooters hut (it's not a bothy, it's a shooters hut, so quite a risky pitch because we're defo not meant to be there 🙄) Great to be back out with Llama Annie and hats off to her for scouting these locations out. Yeah they're a bit bulky to pack down but at 2.7kg they're still pretty lightweight for a very stable 4 season tent. The options on the door are a real selling point, doesn't matter which way the wind changes you can always have shelter from it and decent enough head height in the inner at the door end. Hya Mick :) Technically speaking the huts are used as 'lunch huts' by grouse shooting parties and gamekeepers. Annie hikes extensively over the moors so knows the locations of many and which ones are left unlocked. There'd be nothing much to sop you sleeping in one - that mouse or whatever it was would put me straight off and I wouldn't want to wake up with a chewed sleeping bag.
