    This was amazing. I am REALLY stuck on one side and that causes huge psoas issues and my left leg to be significantly tighter, and even slightly larger, stronger and sometimes feeling slightly shorter (I tend to walk on my tiptoes on that side). I’m really excited to see how much this shinbox can help me gain hip mobility and flexibility and I think that can greatly help me in boxing too
