My hometown. Nice place to live, but very expensive. It’s in Fairfield County. Where you have Greenwich, Westport, Darien, New Canaan and other expensive areas where a lot of famous people and celebrities live. Because we are not to far from New York City, celebrities like to live here.
We moved here(east norwalk) sight unseen, as my wife's promotion transferred her here. We are enjoying our neighborhood, but we'll probably buy a house a bit more north. They seem more affordable. Thanks for posting the video!
This is the south norwalk neighborhood only. Norwalk is really big. We have Norwalk center (historic area), Silvermine (near New Canaan & Wilton), Cranbury (Cranbury park, gallager mansion. Borders Wilton) , West Norwalk (golf course area behind Norwalk Community college, borders Darien & New Canaan), SONO, Rowayton (small islands, border Darien and views of Long Island), East Norwalk (beach area, stew leonards area, borders Westport).
this town is soooo old...1700's....and you are in south norwalk which is one of the oldest areas with alot of history of immigrants coming to this town in the early 1900's from ellis island. norwalk is close to new york city, one of the reasons it's so expensive.
0:30 wow, that up the street from my house. I remember i would walk under the bridge to go to the movie theater that use to be on the left. I tell ya, seeing where i come from n where i live now is completely different lol it was so damn enjoyable to live there though.
