What if the insoles in my shoes are not removable? Can I use them over the original insole or would it not be as effective?

Yes, you can place over your existing insoles but it may be a tight fit (depending on the shoe). If it is, we'd suggest checking out our 3/4 length inserts which are meant to be placed on top of your shoe's existing insole.
