      Lovely Video! Sorry for butting in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Tarbbatigan Implausible Level Tip (probably on Google)? It is a smashing exclusive product for discovering getting rid of toenail fungus minus the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my old buddy Taylor after a lifetime of fighting got excellent results with it. #Toon

    Boy they weren't kidding when they were talking about the smell. I read about it when I first got the product but I had forgot when I actually went to put it on. I was in my bed doing it, and I started smelling it and had two thoughts. The first was that the infection started causing some rot in my toe. But I was pretty sure that couldn't be the case. The only other thing I could think of was that my cat who was laying right next to me either blew a huge fart, or had dumped the rotten ass somewhere in my room.
    Well, hoping this can deaden the pain so I can dig the fucker out of my toe.

      The treatment and bandage should be worn until the next application. Since the applications are 2 times daily, it should be worn for 12 hours per treatment. This ensures sufficient softening of the nail to allow it to be safely trimmed to stop the ingrown irritation of the toe.

    Video is very reassuring. I soaked with Epsom salt first for 15 minutes. Dried foot and applied as shown. My inside big toe nail has been ingrown for 4-5 weeks. Just annoying at first. Not visibly “ingrown”, but now has grown red and easily irritated. Uncomfortable at night sleeping and some walking now. Will see podiatrist next week for another matter and trying to avoid a partial toenail removal and acid treatment to prevent re growth as he proposed. Geez, sounds gruesome. Wish me luck! BTW, smell not as bad as anticipated. I did hold my breath!

    • @DrScholls
      @DrScholls  3 года назад +4

      Hi Jessica - Thanks for your question. The swelling on the side of the toe is likely due to the ingrown toenail. If the swelling is severe, we would first suggest that you use foot baths with Epsom salt to help calm the infection. If the swelling and pain calms down, we recommend that you switch to the Ingrown Toenail Pain Reliever to help dissolve the nail that is projecting into the toe. This will stop the nail from causing the aggravation. We hope this helps!

    Is the toe nail supposed to turn black

  • @festive101
    @festive101 2 года назад

    Should I use this if the toe is bleeding?

    • @DrScholls
      @DrScholls  2 года назад +2

      With any ingrown toenail, there can be potential infection, inflammation, and bleeding. The active ingredient in our ingrown toenail product is designed to soften the hook on the end of the nail that causes these issues. To reverse this, the nail must be softened. However, if the bleeding is extensive, I would not recommend using the sodium sulfide. Instead, start with soaks of the toe in a mild Epsom salt solution. Do so at least 2x a day for 48 hours to reduce the infection and bleeding. If the pain persists after the bleeding has subsided, then begin treatment. If you experience pain during treatment, please stop and see your doctor.

      You may repeat twice daily (morning and night) for up to 7 days until pain and discomfort are relieved or until the nail can be lifted out of the nail groove and easily trimmed.

    The instructions give no time limit to how long you're supposed to have it on for. It just keeps saying "use twice daily" ok.... use twice daily FOR HOW LONG???? 1 hour?? 10 mins? 2 seconds?! WHEN do I take it off?? Be specific about instructions....

    • @DrScholls
      @DrScholls  3 года назад +2

      Apologies for the delay. The treatment and bandage should be worn until the next application. Since the applications are 2 times daily, it should be worn for 12 hours per treatment. This ensures sufficient softening of the nail to allow it to be safely trimmed to stop the ingrown irritation of the toe. We hope it heals soon!
