When I'm craving something super tasty and satisfying, I make this delicious potato and minced meat dish. Very simple recipe and anyone can make it! Just a few simple ingredients are enough!
Ingredients:
- 9 potatoes
- 1 egg
- 50 g of cheese
- 30 g (1 oz) butter
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150 g (5 oz) fresh or frozen peas
- 600 g (1 lb 5 oz) minced meat
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 250 ml (1 cup) of tomato puree
- Laurel, rosemary, thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil

Delicious and soft focaccia, filled with potatoes, peppers and cooked ham, without kneading, it is perfect for lunch, dinner or a snack! No one will be able to resist this unique and delicate flavour! I assure you that your family will not leave a single piece! This recipe is very easy to prepare. You won't have to rise or knead anything. I prepare it very often because it is one of my favorite recipes!

- 1 pepper
- Spring onions
- 100 g (4 oz) cooked ham (optional)
- 80 g (3 oz) of cheese
- 3 eggs
- 250 g (9 oz) wheat flour
- 1.5 glass of kefir or plain yogurt to drink
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil

Thankyou for not showing her bouncing around when she turns and concentrating more on closeups of the food. It was so irritating but this way we can concentrate more on the food. In Australia the first dish is shepherds pie and yes we make it with beef mince not lamb. Seems a lot of your recipes show potatoes. Anything else? But these dishes look nice.
