Much of the explosive growth in Plant City is occurring in close proximity to I-4 and along the eastern edge of the city, with lots of warehouses and distribution centers along Park and County Line Roads having access to a decent airport in Lakeland.

Cons for living in plant city:
1. Homeless people at ALL parks
2. Cost of living (rent wise) is too much for what you get.
3. No social settings (except for bars)
