    I'm glad to see how easy it is to leaf-propagate and the advice to add it to my arrangements for some contrasting color. I'm so happy that this common succulent can give a burst of color to contrast with my many red and pink succulents. This is an awesome help! Thanks!

I hardly water it. Wish I could share its pic with. Thanks for the great information it is my favourite succulent too.

      sedums are mostly distributed around Mexico (Veracruz)..i m not sure if they will be able to handle that much cold ..to be safe just move them to the window sill
      sedum adolphii just store a lot of water in its leaves we don't want that water to freeze

    • @LushGardener

      yes when sedum grow mature they will become trailing like burros tail mostly all sedum start to trail after some time don’t worry …..you can repot once but the best option is stem cutting rather than repotting 😊👍🏼

    I'm sorry, I didn't quite get if this plant can be kept indoors. I live in Canada....cold winters . And actually i thought it was a house succulent and rhat's why I bought it!

    • @LushGardener
      @LushGardener  Год назад

      this succulent is best if grown outdoors in morning direct sunlight for 5-6 hours …they also have a tendency to handle afternoon direct sun if acclimated properly…but yes Canada during winters I don’t think they are frost hardy …you will have to put them below a grow light…otherwise it will turn green and start to get leggy ( stretched ) …there will be a lot of gap in between each leaf …so in general no this not a house plant 😞 but you can keep them under grow lights during winters and during summers put them out but don’t forget to acclimate them
