24:30 yeah, I got agree with Peter on this one. I am different with my friends at school than I am with friends back at home. I’ve had to come to the realization that some people in certain areas just don’t find me funny. So yeah… gotta change the humour a lot a think about what I say a lot more when I’m around school friends compared to when I’m with my old friends
Coming from a cold country, I can confirm that poppt1 is absolutely right. To get rid of the snow outside we melt it with boiling water and then use ice skates to get around :p
Something about the stanford prison experiment, the prison guards weren't just left to their own selves, they were told to be aggressive and to do things they normally wouldn't. There's videos of the most brutal guard being interviewed and saying what actually happened
To add onto this, the famous quote from a prisoner “going insane” was actually made up by a sane person who wasn’t allowed to leave the experiment (one of the reasons it wasn’t ethical) and overall this whole experiment is pretty useless as a study of human nature/behavior.
Bro this is one of the funniest ones yet! You guys absolutely have a good effect on people. I’m sometimes think about how cool you guys are and how I want to be that kind of person. Recently I’ve had a lot of anxiety but watching your vids and podcasts helps with it a ton. So thanks for all you do!
Yo I really like the how much you've done segment. I Would really like to see a montage of all the things that the people I ever cared about said about me when I wasn't there, whether its positive or negative.
53:40 talking about Mario party bonus stars made me think of how cool/funny a video would be of you guys playing Pummel Party, it’s Mario party but way more violent and funny
On the topic of Jacksons last question; if heaven was real and i met god, the one thing id like to hear is: your dad may have acted tough as nails and cold as ice, but he really meant it when he said i love you son. It wasnt just obligatory. -good questions jackson
52:30 ways the underdogs have affected my life - I started saying the C word a lot more, I’m now single lol - I made a video about the underdogs and it’s my most viewed video. - I tried to start a podcast with my fellas, did not work out - I listen to the podcast every single day, I’m on my 4th re-listen to the podcast playlist (expect an underdogs podcast video) - your real life videos got me to go outside with friends and try and do stupid things - Jackson specifically has helped me with writing my stuff for RUclips, I sent him a DM on Instagram asking for help and he was kind enough to answer TLDR, underdogs have made my life a lot better :) thank you guys
I can 100% confirm that a night mask is wonderful. I bought one originally because my room mate would wake up at 4am to go to work and it would wake me up but now that he is moved out I have noticed that when I don't wear it I wake up more exhausted.
Really enjoyed the questions! My favourite word is probably "eloquence" because using it makes you seem eloquent. Least favorite word I can only tell for my mother tongue (German): "machen" (= to make) can be used almost universally to express a lot of verbs without actually using those verbs. All you need to do is to combine "machen" with a noun, adjective or preposition: - clean = säubern/reinigen --> sauber machen - turn on = einschalten --> an machen - turn off = ausschalten --> aus machen - finish = beenden/fertigstellen --> fertig machen - cook = kochen/zubereiten --> Essen machen - work = arbeiten --> Arbeit machen ... I hate it and try to avoid this word as much as I can because you kind of sound like an idiot if you use the same verb over and over. Once again a matter of eloquence if I want to go full circle with this comment.
Peter, I know exactly which two videos you watched about the aus states ranking and the perth public transport video. I too fell for the bait but WA #1 lesss gooo. Also, was there always pop up pirates in the back? 👀
regarding the Stanford Prison experiment: The Guards were egged on by the scientists to be more harsh pn the prisinors and stuff. VSauce made an excellent Mind Field episode on it. (Now Peter has to watch it as homework)
Two things: Caffeine before a run will not change your heartrate to be double what it usually would be. It gets it up more quickly. Therapists are not clinical psychologists. Therapists are basically a step down from psychologists.
I'm usually the same, no matter with who I am. Obviously I might react different but there is not a clear difference. That also was a problem back in school because I used to get in arguments with teacher over some childish bs because I had no feeling for adjusting my behavior depending on people and they felt attacked by it even tho I didn't mean it. This episode was insane haha Also what's funny, both peters and Jordans favorite sound was water related
Trust me the locality clickbait is absolutely effective, as a Brazilian I've watched quite a number of videos that I wouldn't have watched if it didn't have Brazil in the title
not sure if anybody has mentioned this already or not but the prison experiment was fully been disproven and shown as bs. they were like egging the people on to act out more and stuff
I really don't understand what Peter means when he says he doesn't believe in vitamins. Like he doesn't think vitamin c helps with the immune system or something? Doesn't think we need them? Doesn't believe in scurvy? He seems like a well educated man I'm so confused
@@poggersfrog you'd need to really eat a lot of varied food every single day to get your serving of all vitamins just from food. Like yeah you'd get enough to get by and be healthy enough if you eat, but I really don't get how making sure you're getting absolutely everything you need by taking like a b-complex or something is a scam?
@@johnnytamale8676 do a quick google on whether multivitamins do anything and have a read. I don't think there's enough evidence they do for me to spend my money on it :)
Unethical experiments aren't necessarily better. Just look at the Stanford Prison Experiment mentioned in this episode. It had plenty of structural problems that pretty much invalidates the results even if it wasn't unethical.

And now Jordan’s poo diss track bars are immediately outdated.
Also I’m liking the cameras focusing on who’s talking. Like the Mario Kart videos.
Imagine starting the podcast referencing the audio listeners twice lol
I love Poppt1’s perspective on life

Why haven't the last 2 podcast been on Spotify??
14:39 that is called ice melt and its a type of salt
Episode 69 still not on spotify, while 70 is getting upload on RUclips, i'm quite sad about it 😞

Discovered the podcast after being a fan of little z for a while and I can’t stop binging now must’ve watched 3 dozen episodes in the last 2 weeks
37:50 is gold
I liked the shot where there all in frame rather then being two people at a time
In Zohan, he has a line “so let’s go” that my friends and I quote alllll the time
What a well rounded episode!
46:40 my teacher did this exact one last year

Yoooo I've seen the Perth public transport video Peter talks about. I also watched it purely because I'm from WA.
This honestly might be my favourite episode so far
Pop Up Pirates in the backround👀
Why does the aussie accent come out so hard when one of you guys says Woolworths
Ayyy y’all got me on the cold shower train idk 🤣
Oof the prime in my store is $1.99 plus tax (in the US) but we are always out even after it was released months ago
24:27 POV: peters relationship with his mum
What happened to the audio platforms, mainly spotify
is that pop up pirates in the background!?!?!?
Is that “Pop-up Pirate“ in the back?
Jackson would hate being a teacher yet is the teacher of the year. What a chad
I feel like bombastic is a great word. It’s simple, but long and sophisticated? It’s hard to explain
I too watched the video on perth's transport purely because I am from Perth
I shouldn’t have put this on whilst eating lunch, because I kept laughing and choking
