What separates the Scout Rangers from other special forces in the world is the experience. They actually conduct real missions in order to earn the badge. And after graduation, they are immediately deployed to the most dangerous jungles in the Philippines to combat real enemies, no simulations. When it comes to ground troops, Philippines has one of the best! The Airforce and the Navy should keep up with the modernization to support the ground troops better and lessen casualties.
My father served in the PAF as an helicopter attack pilot and he would definitely agree with you. Ever since the Americans left, we started running out of spare parts and good instruments and equipment.
