Really like the changes you made. Speedometer placement Perfecto! And simplifying the brake light mechanism to frame so much cleaner. Nice work Sir! Cheerz!
Great job. Love the relocation. Using the original holes with a neater, smaller, and cleaner solution shows the fabrication skills you have. I love the relocation of the ignition. Yes it'll make for some wiring headaches, but it's more than worth it in the end, you're gonna have to rewire the bike anyway. I know some people like the key start ignition, but I'd leave the button. It's a better setup that still looks clean, and lets you retain the original key. This bike is coming along really good, and I'm a fan of the video series!!! Keep up the great work. I'm getting ready to rebuild my 88 sporty bobber. It's on a pauchgo rigid, ribbed rear fender, 35° raked front end, with a 2000 buell xb12 top end, s&s super e shorty carb, exotic choppers fuelies exhaust, and too many extras to add. I'm really looking forward to seeing the finished product of this bike, almost as much as I am into seeing my own. Thanks again
Another great video awesome. Love the brake light switch tab looks good and speedo bracket looks good as well. May want to check into a universal key switch like that has start position in it make for clean install
Love how how the bikes coming together, looking sweet! On your Patreon there’s no P.O. Box # for the mail in entries, will you not be able to enter this way to win the bike?
when drilling bigger holes in thin metal - go for a holesaw next time :) a holesaw in a Pedestal drilling machine is allso perfect for sawing tubes to get round edges, example when building a mc frame :) load up with different sizes :) and using the conehead for taking off the drillhole edges, speed machine down - you'll save the cones live span. just tips from a Swedish welder. over and out!
Bro...step drills would have saved your butt on that 1”hole. That thin metal always takes a beating with regular bit. The regular bits always try and pull straight thru.
looking good. that starter button looks like another bolt head. thanks for recording this project. I know all that editing is a big pin in the a@@. Take care

Ugh man you make some great stuff! Do you have your own or work for a custom shop or is this just a side gig?
This is my side gig. I'm actually a designer for a bike apparel company. Glad you like. MP
Artista muito fera
did you go to school for metal fab?
Parabéns muito maneiro
Is there no alternative to 10mm plate 🤦♂️
Your drill speed is too fast for larger bits.

Dude be careful using gloves while using tools like the bench grinder or belt sander, I'd rather lose a little skin than get my hand sucked in
