Harley Davidson Sportster to Hardtail Bobber Fabrication Build in 20 Minutes

The new project features a 2000 Harley Davidson Sportster 883, transformed into a classic Hardtail Bobber style. I'm dividing the build into three detailed videos: the first dedicated to fabrication, the second focusing on electrical and mechanical work, and the third dedicated to the paint job and assembly.

i dont know nothing about bikes like these people. but i have done this to my harley sportster. like the speedometer, and taillight tag relocation, there are kits for that. you will have to cut your own rear fender up, or buy one, you can keep the stock tank and buy a 2 inch lift kit, handle bars and controls are easy. but you have to make sure you get new throttle, break and clutch cables to fit the size of and new length of your handlebars. all it really is, is time. but you can do one thing at a time as you get the money. and before long bobber.

really nice one mate, good welding skills too! that bracing bracket for the battery even with the drilled holes can hold together the Forth Road Bridge! let alone two threaded rods and the the battery down \m/! It is 5:30 in the morning in Scoland, came home a coouple of hours ago, watced this video that pop up, finished my drink and going to bed. One of the best bedtime stories ever -was this vid. Technically if you cut up a motorcycle frame and build a new one, it's a chop not a bobber. Just saying.
