The amount of oven cleaner and paint stripper going down your drain will have your local environment protection authority at your door soon. Get or make a sandblast cabinet.

First you must be commended for some of the hard work you started on bringing what looked an impossible job. You started well but seemed to lose enthusiasm part way through the rebuild. Painting of the frame was terrible, it should have been taken back to bare metal then a primer used then a Top Coat followed by a Clear Coat . The engine rebuild could have been done better, there was surface Rust on internal parts such has rocker arms , rocker springs, studs that should have been removed and so on . At least you got it running again so you have to be commended for that .

first wash then metal wire brush whit angle grinder all, NOT sandpaper grinder, wrong. and very hard place only sandblast.
