This really helped a lot! I have the a7c and was worried it would not be compatible! I can't find any other info on the internet that shows this wondering if the air cross 3 would also work with the a7c and the slide pod pro which I just bought

@@TechMishka I used it on an Enduro MTB shoot. And It was so smooth. I also make videos about filmmaking but in Filipino. I'm from Philippines by the way.

Take your time with the balancing - it will eventually work fine.

First, let me say thank you for the video it was very informative and fun to watch. I am new to the Gimbal society and I recently purchased the Moza Air 2s that I will be using with my Canon EOS 50r. My question is that after balancing the camera successfully, I attempted to use it but it stays in sleep mode, and upon the advice of another user, I found in my settings that said "Motor" on and when I did that it seemed to work for a few minutes before returning to sleep mode. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong and maybe do a video on how to use the Moza Air2s from the basics, all of the screens, and buttons for us that are new. THANKS

I tried to update the gimbal and the software does not recognize the gimbal. I have version 1.0.0 IN MOZA AIR 2S
Haven't done any updates thus far. Better check with Moza's support.

Well, it seems like the USB-C cable came with my package, but I'm having issue connecting my Sony A7C it. The screen goes blank, and I can control it via the Moza Air 2S buttons. Any suggestions?
new out of the box air 2S, it will not charge. batteries are dead. I tried charging them for 2 days. turns on for a half a second and turns off plugged in. unplugged does nothing. Is there any way to fix it? It would take forever to send it back and wait for them to send me a working one. Any ideas? I would put new batteries but you can't get the bad ones out. They are built in to the handle
They are. Could also be a cable/charger issue. Better get in touch with their support.
I tried 4 or 5 cables and 3 chargers all working on other things. I messaged there support 3 or 4 days ago :( this is as far as it got >>Being Processed
yes I tried all that. even contacted support and still waiting for a reply. my support ticket keeps saying "Being Processed"@@TechMishka
How the heck do you charge this thing and turn it on? I've plugged into the bottom of the handle and the port in the middle and I can't get the darn thing working.

May take a while, but will for sure do it!
For my needs usually I won't need a gimbal, but that one seems really nice, I had some smartphone gimbal and I understand why to use those but honestly it's just not my need most of the time.
BTW, did you see the new cinema camera with gimbal by DJI? DJI Ronin 4D? that one is crazy! obviously the price is... well not nice at all but the tech there is really cool!
Heey Dima, you are right - often gimbals are not really needed, but when they are - kind of great :-)
It's funny when I watch all these DJI Ronin 4D reviews - half of these youtubers have always claimed that they would never need a gimbal and now, all of a sudden. But it is indeed remarkable!
@@TechMishka Well I guess we speak of some that we both watch, I guess it's after all like me and probably you, you don't use it all the time till something special, seen the "big" guys do the same though I guess nobody likes those, after all they are bulky, not so comfortable to carry, set up and add weight... I can understand them, nowadays more cameras have good stabilization so it's somewhat less needed

Is the A7C still working after firmware upgrades?
I haven't updated the firmware in the past few weeks. So it definitely is still working fine.
