It’s been 6 months since you posted. Do you still stand by the 4.2 rating? I’ve been hesitant to buy one because I’m concerned about it holding up long term.
So 7 months in since my purchase, as long as you keep the device maintained and replace the filter and brush rollers when necessary, it still performs as if new. Hope this helps.
@amandatilley9438 if you continue to use the same filter after it's replacement time, it can start to get a smell depending on on well its being maintained.
So this is the one I have as well and I’ve had mine since October 23 and today it started showing signs of malfunctioning. It blinks the clogged icon but there’s no way to unclog? Any suggestions? I did contact the company. Also I clean and dry every use so not sure what’s going on
4:46 "hasn't been mopped in about... 2 days now" on the one hand that makes me feel better about how quickly our floor gets dirty but on the other hand I'm like 👀wait how often do other people mop because we certainly don't do at a frequency that can be measured in days... (hence looking for something that might make it a bit more convenient and effective like a Tineco!)

It says that I can be used on low area rugs or carpets that are low to refresh the surface. But no it will not auto shut off unless the roller gets blocked I believe.

How does it do around the edge of the floor where it meets the wall? Does it clean all the way up the edge or leaves a little bit of gap? Thanks
On this model it's not too great, but on the later models some feature brushes that reach the edges of walls.
