This deck is so beautiful, I absolutely love Matt Hughes artwork, his Ethereal Visions deck is one of my all time favourite tarot decks. I am definitely ordering this one and the Mother Mort’s Carnival - I am so excited for both decks 😍❤️
It looks beautiful, I am very tempted😅. In norwegian we pronounce the J, but the G is silent. At least in my western Norwegian dialect. Could be different in other Scandinavian/nordic languages. I think in Icelandic the G and J would be pronounced with an emphasis on the G, and that language is even closer to the old norse language.

I hope this new trend of matte dusted card edges continues, I like it so much better than the chrome metallic edging. It also doesn't chip or disintegrate, or flake off with every shuffle, so it makes me feel like I can reach for the deck more often without worrying about wear and tear. I'm so fond of the choices made for this deck!
