20-25 years ago when I was skateboarding I would have never dreamed I would be seeing people pulling the tricks they are today. Video after video I am always blown away.
Same. For some reason I remembered seeing the first nolliie. It was a local guy on a vision old ghost board with no nose, years before people actually started doing them. And yes he would pop the nose off the ground somehow. Agreed though we couldn't imagine any of the stuff that goes down today.
I would agree although in this video I don't see anything crazy 20y ago was the golden era there were many brilliant skateboarders, rodney daewon geoff etc.
After his Peace part, he was up there, but now this dude is legit my favorite skater today. I love that even if he's in the middle of a trick, you really don't know what's gonna come next
This is amazing! Quick feet, creativity at its finest! Every single trick in this part had me rewinding back 10 seconds to watch them again! The dude can pop flip tricks off any surface, on an obstacle, in less time than it takes a normal person to blink. The things he is skating aren’t even spots! Mind blown
Years ago before he was pro I once super blasted in a bus was complimenting him on how good he is and managed to fall down in the aile while talking because the buss braked so hard. Just some random funny scene. His friends knew a lot of my mutual friends and his older brother was at the same time in high school with me so it wasn't anything like super left field since at very least he knew some faces I was with. Just some random thing in finnish weekend.
I’ve been watching skate videos in one form or another for near 40 years now... and I’ve seen some awesome stuff, but that thing at 3:33 got a smile out of me. Good stuff!
even to just pop out of it would have been next level. But no, just throw in a nollie flip to shut down anyone looking at a similar spot in the future. unless you go full tre or impossible on the way out don't even bother putting it to camera
I’m glad to see skateboarding is becoming more and more about the spots you choose to skate. Makes for more interesting parts that standout from everyone else.
The aura of this music matches perfectly to terrifying skateboarding skills, like the ones Jaakko's got. Stood in awe for 5 fucking minutes wishing they'd last hours.
The sketchy switch ride-away on the awkward bank after the switch front 3 would've been impressive enough but he had to whip out that fake flip too, amazing
this dude may be the sickies skater out here now, simply AMAZING!! great variation of quick feet trick... had to see his part more then three times while jaw is dropping like WTF
he good, yes he good
Verdy nize
I concur
*he best
originality
Robin Carlens future soty
Don’t know what’s more impressive, the tricks he does, or the spots he finds... or should I say the obstacles he skates
definetely obstacles ;)
I Know Right! 😭
I just wrote basically the same thing. I almost feel skateboarding has to go this direction because I don’t know how much gnarlier shit can get
I was thinking the same thing. The whole thing I was like where the fuck is he finding all of these spots?
@@andofb he's awesome

true
That nollie flip front board and hippie jump fucked me up mentally 4:08
I would agree although in this video I don't see anything crazy

Same
This part earned my "like" after 30 seconds. Cool style, awesome trick selection, fast feet, and a creative eye for spots. Excellent part!
Watch sour solution 2
@@-aza On it
Me too! I haven’t even finished it and I hit a like on it
This was the best part I’ve watched in a while..his style is so sick. I especially liked the part from 0:01 to 5:18
But what about the rest of the video :d
@@geitenkaasje1 You missed 0:00...
I liked the part 0:00 to 5:19
After his Peace part, he was up there, but now this dude is legit my favorite skater today. I love that even if he's in the middle of a trick, you really don't know what's gonna come next
Jaakko and Gustav Tonneson are leagues ahead of the rest imo. Jaakkos ig clips alone are more mind blowing than most pro parts
I literally gasped out loud when he fakie flipped out of this thing 1:08
Matthew Herman same.
SAME
SAME, I was not expecting it!
same, it has to be so hard to pop out fakie when u are going sideways on a bank
I saw him start moving his foot around and was like...no, it couldn't be
Great part. Super creative with crazy fast feet. The way he pops out that nollie flip of that last rail is amazing! How?! Awesome music too.
One of my favorite part so far, 1:06 after this trick i understood how serious this man is 🔥
1:08 was gnarly. Just holding on and flipping out.
I sat here with my jaw dropped from the 30 second mark and never picked it back up again
Legend has it that his jaw is still down.
Geezy BT me too
My jaw stayed dropped after 2:48. This man is so bonkers.
I can’t remember the last time I was this impressed by a skate part... and the rawness of his style makes it that much better. Hats off to you Jaako.
There are literally no words to describe the talent portrayed in this part.
HALF OF THESE ARENT EVEN SPOTS LMAO
They are now
Everything is a spot!
so creative
@@SpaceCadetLaC especialy if you are a beast like jako, jarne,or Milton
cosmos is his spot, maaaaaan.
The skateboarding changes when the music mood changes...amazing part
just imagine to have such a great skills that u able to make all of those thicks make true 🤯
He is not a human this for sure!
Amazing.. Simply amazing!!!

3:07 man saw this wall and thought "hmmm imma try rock to fakie" LMAOOO
Dude is an incredibly creative and talented skateboarder. Met him at a DC demo once too, such a nice humble dude

they just keep getting better and better! mann
I have never hit the rewind button to watch a clip over and over again in one part. Wow
1:12 wtfff????? music was sick as well, ty segall is the best
The king of garage rock
What is the name of the song?
He blows my mind every time I see a part from him...
How good...
I'm seeing him move his foot around on his last trick, and I'm like "what're you doin with that?" Amazing part!!!
I could tell he has trying to get a lot of pop coming off, but the flip was something special.
I’ve been watching skate videos in one form or another for near 40 years now... and I’ve seen some awesome stuff, but that thing at 3:33 got a smile out of me. Good stuff!
Jaakko Ojanen cool & creative style, thanks! 🙏🏽❤️
I wouldn't even be able to make it to some of these obstacles.
Jaakko is the man! Yeah, this shit is amazing.
Amazing tricks, spots, music and technique! Love it 🖤
Tämä Jaakko on aivan hyvä skeittaamaan
3:24 that rail was supposed to work as a skatestopper? hahaha it creates a better spot
dope footage as always from jaakko, so stylish so creative
His quick feet and unique spots remind me of Daewon a lot
Yea the next daewon for sure. With his style he can skate for a long time. Already has 3 parts early on to his career. Can't wait for more.
25 years of skating and this just knocked my socks off!!
One of the best parts i have ever seen
My favourite part so far. Everything in this is 🔥🔥🔥
He has the 'it' factor. The creativity and ease of his skating is top tier. One of my fav parts this year.
Well rounded street skating, SOTY 2020 candidate. HYVÄ JAAKKO!
Didn’t expect to leave this video this impressed. This might be my fav part in a while
Creativity in Skateboarding is alive and well. One of the best parts I've seen in a long time.
Man, that was a sick part. So creative and fresh.
That ender was next level
even to just pop out of it would have been next level. But no, just throw in a nollie flip to shut down anyone looking at a similar spot in the future. unless you go full tre or impossible on the way out don't even bother putting it to camera
Crob is boutta have a great day now. hahaha Hope all the same to yall!
This was the best. New favorite skater.
Wow what a banger part!!! Everything about it is great!!
🔥Trasher Ojanen🔥
The precision is insane!
Awesome stuff. Great style. Quick reaction and clean
Those three flips. Whatever stance, so stylish
He’s another level. Trick selection reminds me of Cory Kennedy but with A LOT more power
Song goes so well with this amazing part 🤘🏻👏🏽
Name of the song?
Crazy spots and super fast feet ahaha, what a legend. One of the better parts I've seen in a while.
Every single trick literally confused the hell out of me in a great way!! Sick part!
instant classic for me! super creative and amazing style
Thanks guys for the evolution baby!!
One of the best dudes out there today
I’m glad to see skateboarding is becoming more and more about the spots you choose to skate. Makes for more interesting parts that standout from everyone else.
I think this maybe my new favorite part out of the 5. Either that or they just keep getting better and better.
Skate 4 looks so real 🤯
Never thought I'd say it, but this dude gives Suciu a run for his money in the quick feet department. Jesus Christ.
These spots are wild. Crazy good
Ender was nice. The beginning hook me in with that hippie jump boardslide.
This man never disappoints.
Video part of the year, so far, for me.
Jaakko has got a very nice technical and smooth style 👌🏼👌🏼
I think like 20 times I thought to myself "oh this will be on Quartersnacks top ten Friday." So good luck to them this week.
Seeing as there's so many skaters and parts out there, what stands out for me is new variations or things you don't see often and this part had that 👌
Can’t wait for the rough cut!
I got the chills watchin that one
DBC.ASH .. Daily Blessings Coming!
Thank You and God Bless!
Amazing skating!
This man is a phenomenon!
Damn I remember travelling through Girona earlier this year seeing those wacky raised wedge banks and thinking someone skate them. Thanks Jaako.
Jaako is on a different level. These spots are insane
Daaaaamn. He is always good. That ender is something i would have wanted to try when I was 12. Jak gets me hyped to skate like back then.
Sick part! Hats off.
Heavy tricks in both stances-
Instant Respect
such a gnarly part with Ty Seagall in the background. great vid
The aura of this music matches perfectly to terrifying skateboarding skills, like the ones Jaakko's got. Stood in awe for 5 fucking minutes wishing they'd last hours.
I don't ascribe to newer skateboarding except Thrasher. This has to be some of the REALEST SH*T I have seen IN YEARS.
MONSTROUS Part! Holy...
not all skateboarding is art, but this part certainly is. his trick/spot selection is so creative
Chris Ray! god tier editing!! 💯👏👏
Great creativity, great style 🤘
The sketchy switch ride-away on the awkward bank after the switch front 3 would've been impressive enough but he had to whip out that fake flip too, amazing
Dude is sick. creativity + skills + balls
straight fire man!
The most relaxed obscure street skater 👌 IF BUTTER HAD A SKATEBOARD😥🔥🔥
He earned that last part. Hell yeah Jaako!
This whole DC video is one I’d pay for a hard copy of. Just so I could loan it out.
this dude may be the sickies skater out here now, simply AMAZING!! great variation of quick feet trick... had to see his part more then three times while jaw is dropping like WTF
Best part I've seen in sometime! Very refreshing :)
This guy is fun to watch he has a lot of variety way more exciting then a steezy nijah part
So rare to see tech, hesh and freestyle in one vid goddamn mans cold af 🧊🧊🧊
Definitively this is different shit, many obstacles are not even skateable, It is creative, super good!
This video is fucking sick! This dude's ability to land a trick and then instantly go into another is insane. And it's smooth af.
KING-JASKE 👑🇫🇮
epic song for an even more epic part
that's the best video part i have seen ..... EVER :OOOOOOOOOOOOOO
ViHdOiN!!
Man I just heard the song and I knew this was gonna be amazing
