Everything that Nintendo showed looked great ( Smash, fire emblem, and mario party) but they needed 1 more thing to win e3 for me. Animal crossing, pikmin, metroid prime release date with gameplay, hell even mario odd dlc combined with more gameplay and a release date for yoshi could have pushed them over the edge for me.
Yeah Pokemon got Gender Differences introduced in Gen IV (Diamond & Pearl), for Pikachu male Pikachu's have that traditional thunderbolt tail, while females have a dip in the tail to produce two half circles, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire had a special "Cosplay Pikachu" you could get which could change costumes (changing a certain move only this specific Pika could learn), she had a black heart imprint on her tail and one of the costumes was "Pikachu Libre".

I would have been happy if they trimmed the info dump on each character and cut out the stages/items/etc. Save yourself ten or fifteen minutes and then show off some concept art for new Pokémon or Metroid. Would've made things a million times better. Surprised he says "Nothing" when he got excited over like five titles previous to the Smash Bros, lol.
This was kind of a disappointing Nintendo Direct. I felt like they were on a decent trajectory at the start, showing off Mario Party and a few other titles even if they were third party, but then really went down hill by sticking with Smash for that long. I wonder if they felt as if it was justified showing so many details about the game because of the Invitational today. Maybe they wanted people to understand all the new changes. It was just sad to realize that Mario Party was Smash was all they had to offer this year, even if I am excited for those games. Great show though. I'm interested to hear what the guys think and for Bec's E3 stats.

how the actual fuck are people claiming Nintendo won E3. This was not good. It was 90% Smash Bros. I love Smash Bros, but it can't carry an entire E3 show, this was extremely disappointing. I wouldn't say Nintendo's was the worst, but it definitely wasn't even top 3.
