I am postponing stronger anti aging products as much as possible. I believe they weaken the skin even though it might look good when you use it. There are stronger moisturisers and better diets u can try before going into something drastic.

Ascended Health face oils are amazing. Also I recently discovered products made in Hawaii from Bee Chi Apothecary. Her homemade line is free from chemicals and her philosophy on skincare is excellent - less is more. I also make my own tallow face cream with tallow and oils like baobab. For exfoliation and mask, I make my own mixture of raw local honey, ginger, and raw cane sugar.
The guy (Ivan) that makes and promotes Adipeau is categorically saying to never use retin a, or any tret at all.
He says it eventually thins the skin and ages you and that studies show this.
Things are getting even more complicated!
Yes, I am aware of his stance. However there is a lot of data and empirical evidence on it that shows that it doesn't. I think as with everything else everyone has to decide for themselves.
Please I have low thyroid but went through diet recovery now feeling much better but still not completely can I use adepeau?
this cream is just fat so it shouldnt have any negative effect on the thyroid

Not at all. I started 2 years ago. I had less fat before I started, so it doesn't seem to have a negative effect on fat cells
