    Is lifting the hips related to increase connectivity with the joint (So hips can be up attached to knee or elbow) ? Seminar literally teaches fundamental of joint locks great video

    Playful, Precise, Painless
    Christian recently did a class without pinching the knees. The idea of not crossing the ankles is you can't pinch the knees but you can control the four lines of escape better. Bit of give and take. Makes BJJ fun.

    That straight ankle lock advice to lift hold and slight rotation and push hips into technique is a serious game changer that technique is seriously devastate thanks for sharing this I really enjoyed watching your class and seminar it is AWESOME stay blessed fro. The Uk..✌PEACE

    The lady you use to do demonstrations with and teach the techniques showing you skills the lady looks like she could be the little sister of Xande Ribero the bjj legend she looks like she could be in there family no offence it's just something I noticed stay blessed from the UK Amen
