Note of my thoughts I’ve existed for 20 years and what I love from life is the music, the kindness of people, being able to express what I want in a painting, feel loved and also the suffering. Without the suffering I wouldn’t be mature and conscious of the value of the good things. Suffering has been a big part in my life, and thanks to it (even though it still hurts like hell) I can get closer to the one I want to be. Gio Master I know your pain. It’s hard to live life in the now, I think because we live in such a fast paced reality and stressing and overthinking can ruin that. But here’s a tip, focus on something, something beautiful, something sad looking even, for example a flower, or a bee, a tree even, for a minute at a time, everything seems to go slower then, and you focus on that innocence and beauty.

i wish i could stop letting the past control every thought and worry and action and walk with confidence in myself, becoming and working myself to find my full potential. but growing up, everything in life seems to hold you back, and i dont wanna get lost in the cycle, and let numbness be my primary feeling and be ok with it. or even worse, not realize it. i dont want that, i want to continue to see the world as a fresh experience and with a childlike wonder every day. i want my thoughts to be complete empty and only experience the world without any words, without any judgement. just, how it really is through the human eye and just be calm for once. and appreciate it, and for fucking once be in the moment and realize it, and not think about anything else. and be content when its over. and be excited for tomorrow, even if its not perfect.
Gio Master I know your pain. It’s hard to live life in the now, I think because we live in such a fast paced reality and stressing and overthinking can ruin that. But here’s a tip, focus on something, something beautiful, something sad looking even, for example a flower, or a bee, a tree even, for a minute at a time, everything seems to go slower then, and you focus on that innocence and beauty.
