The MCU actually screwed up one big thing about Cap's shield and basically re-wrote vibranium and its properties entirely. When vibranium was first introduced it was tough, but it wasn't anywhere near adamantium strong and that toughness came from the fact that it could absorb and disperse vibrations better than anything else. Cap's shield was actually a blend of vibranium AND adamantium which is why it was so indestructible. However, Marvel didn't have the rights to use adamantium when the MCU first started since Fox still held them, so they basically had to completely retcon vibranium's properties in order to essentially turn it into admantium. With the Black Panther movie, that got further morphed into one giant McGuffin so the writers could basically turn it into a magical substance that can do pretty much whatever the plot needs it to do. I disagree with the Adamantium rarity. The metal is only ever seen twice. With wolverine and with that metal robot in The Wolverine movie. There is no other mention of it ever in any other movie. I think this is probably the rarest mental out of all three. With the beskar, it's made into every single Mandalorians armor. that's a lot of Mandalorians. With Vibranium, there are mines deeper than the eye can see. Adamantium is definitely the rarest metal by a lot
I’d have to say the strongest fantasy alloy would have to be that stuff from dbz when goku chucked it at gohan to test how strong the z sword was before it cracked into 2
Adamantium is is the most rare out of these metals. You never see a mine of it, there isn't enough to build armor for a planet, and there isn't random stuff made out of it or people using it as money.
@DarthVadernw360 yeah one container full of it, not a whole mine. For all we know that's all they had at the time. Then that rich guy in Japan gets enough to make one suit and a sword.

All of the nearly 1000 downvotes are from people like me who actually have read comics and know that this video is extremely flawed. Adamantium does not melt once set, only through celestial technology and Magneto have manipulated it after initial forging/binding. Fox just ruined the entire series so as to suit their needs, and adamantium is one of the many things that they screwed up... and Wolverine gained a hundred pounds from the metal. So it's by jo means light, whereas I'm pretty sure that vibranium is fairly light.

Now we just need to compare these to Carbonadium, Sol Metal (all three kinds), Luna Metal, Astorium and SOLU Metal.
(Sol Metal and Luna Metal are high-durability metal alloys created by Smart Brain, Inc. in _Kamen Rider 555._ Sol Metal comes in three variants: regular Sol Metal, a high-durability metal alloy used for the Riders’ armor plating, Sol Metal 315 which is less durable but more flexible and is woven into the exposed areas of the riders’ Sol Foam undersuits, and Sol Metal 228, an extra-durable alloy that is as hard as diamond. Astorium is an ultra-hard Metal from space that appears in _Kamen Rider Fourze._ It’s used in the construction of the Chain Array, Spike and Shield Modules. SOLU is also from _Kamen Rider Fourze._ SOLU are a sentient metallic slime lifeform that are able to create objects using Cosmic Energy and the liquid metal that composed their bodies. Kamen Rider Nadeshiko is a SOLU, and her Nadeshiko Driver, Nadeshiko Astroswitches, and the Mega Burgermeal Foodroid are all made of SOLU Metal.)

It ain't no fun waitin' round for real vibranium, adamantium or uru!
That animantium bullet explains why when they went to the house in X-Men to retrieve Ice Man that Logan was taken out with a regular bullet because I think they shot him in the exact same spot the animantium bullet shot him so he was technically shot in the brain until his body healed . Doesn't explain why he didn't lose his memories then though. And unless that revolver has an antimantium barrel that gun will probably barely last for the 6 rounds provided
what about kachi katchin or even just normal katchin from the dragon ball universe how would it stand up against these other fictional metals?
In the Marvel comics vibraniam is still quite tough but the reason why it is so durable is because it absorbs Kinetic energy and adamantium is said to be a type of iron alloy so it's not too rare
@Michael Mamo on the Marvel wiki it says "a combination of steel, Vibranium, and an unknown catalyst" other sources specify that it's a type of iron alloy
Edit: further down the the wiki it's specifically says that wolverine's adamantium is "true adamantium" which doesn't contain vibranium
But in general there a lot of different types of adamantium each with varing degrees of strength and durability
U should've included Uru
would probably have won easily
I genuinely think Vibraniam is the strongest but that can’t stop a strong villain like Thanos
Right ✅
I think that it was mainly the sword metal that broke the vibranium not thanos’s strength
@@veenakiran4316 also right
Thanos is an incredibly strong being not to mention he had a sword made of Uru also stormbreaker can do the same thing to cap shield
@@veenakiran4316 think about this Thor's hammer is made of the same material as thanos sword but it didn't break the shield what broke the shield is the fact that it's a cutting edge also thanos's strength played a factor in it as well also if Thor had stormbreaker when he originally struck the shield it would have chopped it in half and killed cap right then and there
Thank you for answering this question. I had been losing my sleep over it for so long
I don't know if this is official in canon or if the rumor was fake but I've heard people say that the dual bladed sword Thanos weilded wasn't made from uru but vibranium itself, hence how it was able to damage the shield.

@@imnotcanadian6099 that's Uru
@@GavinH17 its not, uru cant break vibranium like thors hammer cant break caps sheild
I think you need to rewatch The Mandolorin because there are times when the stuff gets dented the only reason Caps shield is broken is because it's being hit by uru and the person swinging the sword has super strength
I think t he only reason his armor got dented was because it was very rusty and old. But i cant remember I haven’t watched it in awhile
Thor's hammer and axe are both made of uru same as thanos's sword so would that mean that Hela could break cap's shield as well cause she shattered thor's.
I’m surprised you didn’t include uru in this argument seeing as it’s what makes up stormbreaker and Thanos’ sword.
I was routing for vibranium to be the best.
"Ultra-rich guys with no moral restrictions can get this metal, so it isn't rare, even though it exists absolutely nowhere else."
"Adamantium is completely unworkable after it hardens (can't even be remelted), but still as just as versatile as beskar which can be smelted, forged, and reshaped as needed."
Every logic (using the word loosely) in this video is extremely flawed.
Magneto says otherwise.
Vibranium has been broken
Caps sheild broke
Admantium broke
In X-men origins wolverine Logan got shot with an ademantium bullet and it broke
Beskar has never broken
Meaning beskar is strongest
My point correctly
@Atomic Scarecrow that is true
In this video you stated that Cobb Vanth wore beskar. Take this with a grain of salt but I'm pretty sure he wear durasteel not beskar

One could make the point that you would multiply the scores, but it is just as valid as adding
