I really appreciate that. I noticed that too but wanted to watch again to see what it could mean and my take on the angels and demons being cyborgs is how society is with what they deem is right and wrong. cyborgs are created to listen to some type of creator and if that creator is trying to control what's good and bad and control the narrative I would want to break free from it all and just simply "Do Me' thus his blasting both of them away...Hope that makes sense lol

Side note: Regarding a lot of "Dark Side" Star Wars esque imagery - I'm fairly certain Ronnie is a fan of the sith code. Look it up if you're not familiar, it matches his personality and messaging 100%. Replace "Force" with "Truth" at the end.
@Trashman.69420 I think Ronnie's personality was shaped by bikers since his biker dad raised him and his brother ( also a biker). I'm certain he was influenced by hanging around the mc club.

@@LoccdWolfReacts Yeah, the scene directly follows the story of Yeshua (Jesus.) Heaven and Hell fight over his soul after his death, but he rejects them both since he belongs to neither. He then returns to the world in a doomed attempt to save humanity not only from itself, but from the torments inflicted on it by the Mad God that claims dominion over the purgatory of our dis-reality.
I like to think the scene with the angels is showing that everyone has good and bad in them and him blowing them away is him refusing to be defined by other people's way of thinking.
I like your explanation on this, especially the breaking away.
The cyborgs aren’t pure angels/demons because they represent people in society who believe that they follow the chosen path and they expect others to follow them. He breaks away because he is a free thinker and doesn’t want to conform to societies demands.
That’s a huge opening compliment. Hope Ronnie sees that because you know that’s what this is supposed to be about.

When he realized who he was, he got crucified by the industry. As you said, there were many crucified before and after Jesus. The movie continues in Ronald, when he's on the platform with Tech9 and the armor was put on to go below and fight evil. Then Watch the World burn, he had on the armor, then Last Resort Reimagined...so many Easter eggs.

Great song and unbelievable video. I think he is specifically uses Christian imagery because most people in the western world can relate to it or at least know of it. That makes symbols like the Cross a powerful object to use. Marilyn Manson would do similar things, admittingly, in his music videos back in his younger days. I'm Christian and while I'm sure it would probably offend some, it doesn't bother me...I don't worship the cross or angels.
I honestly think alongside that, the fact that he keeps being crucified in the public eye lends a lot of credence to that being a secondary reason as well.

I am a recovering people pleaser (I still slip up sometimes lol). And it's Ronnie's lyrics that have helped me to open my eyes. I was taught to smile and be polite ... Which isn't a bad thing... but when you mistake being polite, with letting people walk all over you, or, allowing others to think everything's fine, when it's not, bc you don't want to disappoint them by sounding rude, then you're kind of being foney. I have people pleased for so long, that I've ended up resented them for taking advantage of me, when really they're only acting the way I taught to act towards me. I don't say no as brazen as Ronnie does lol But I have learned to tell people No and not be gilted into something I don't want to do and/or speak up when I don't agree with someone who doesn't have my best interest at heart❤ Ronnie may have a tough exterior, but you'll never wonder about where he stands or how he feels about something❤

As a Christian, The crucifixion part was a metaphor.Ronnie feels crucified for his beliefs and standing on what he believes is right. The imagery is beautiful and how often we all feel. Being torn between the good and evil inside us. And those that are trying to find our way authentically, become targets of those that blindly follow one side or another.

To me, the cross isn't important because Jesus was crucified on one. It was a COMMON practice, just as you said.
Instead, Jesus was important for going on the cross, so that others need not do so.
While I am not a religious person, I once was. I am still an ordained minister, and I am still a student of theology. Never once did I get the impression that the cross itself was important. Yet, just as you predicted, some folks did indeed misunderstand this whole scene we see Ronnie get crucified in. Religion is worthless if it blinds you.

I have a theory, and it could be wrong lol....but the I think the angels/demons being mechanical allude to them being man-made, so it's a man-made version of good and evil trying to judge him. I also caught the verse 'Cause all our gods abandoned us' which is plural and lower case, so I thought it was referring to everything we make into gods rather than The Living God. I am a Christian and can take it several ways, just what this song made me think about. First, I'm not offended at all. Second, I can see 2 things if this were to represent when Jesus was crucified. 1, this is what Jesus could have done (He of course s God and could have done many supernatural things) or this is symbolic of the unseen war that occurred then, much of which is not written about and up for imaginistic interpretations. Also, the Bible is clear on 2 things, one day Jesus will come back and He will have "Eyes of Flaming Fire" and will destroy his enemies with fire/flaming sword from his mouth, and that the earth will be purified by fire, instead of water, before everything is made be again. So, in many ways it isn't far off Biblically both then and the Revelation times soon to come.

I feel as if it does represent the 2nd coming of Christ. The first time he came, he was gentle, forgiving, loving and kind but also exposing the system. He was also obedient to God, the father only to be humiliated, abused, tortured, mocked, forsaken and sent to hell. Imagine Christ was born again into the world today with the mind and heart of a human with the memory of his past life only to see hypocrites that dont know him, churches a hiding place for evil and his followers asleep and enslaved to the system that he was sacrificed to cancel the curse. So, the second coming is a Christ that is darker, to wake up his followers and destroy it all. The dark is the destroyer of evil. That is my take on it and "watch the world burn".

I believe that you got the idea. But ya left out a few things. To really grasp the album its not just the videos but make a reaction to the other 3 mains songs. Trigger warning, bad guy and no fear. i feel like those are being left out just cuz its not a music video. but those tie in alot of his vision and words to everything hes going thru. this song to me is based in my opinion is about followers. he throws in religion and power. the pillars he eye beams down are the 5 pillars of power. when he starts from bright in his dream, then it gets dark, its stating he opens from his thoughts to reality. when they crucified him those he gave a powerful message was given an illusion of butterflies like dont listen to your savior we can make things better, signifying tiktok and social media platforms influencers that are against ronnie. he says praise the fascist and kiss the hand that takes half in taxes........ there is a clear message hes portraying for us to wake up and see the world as it truly is. thats how i portrayed his message to this song. being a long term fan of his band and his music.
