All the food you cook looks delicious!! 🤩 I live in Canada too and when it's -10 degrees it feels like summer compared to when the weather hits -35 with windchill HAHAHA
Teriyaki chicken is always a good quick meal! We make it often too, but I'll try your recipe next time! I don't normally make it with egg but it sounds like a delicious accompaniment~ and I love pork katsu too, hehe. We have the ice festival here too usually around family day weekend but I'm not sure how they will do it with the warm weather if it keeps up~~ Has it been warm for you? Hi thank you for your comment! I added sugar because Japanese people like sweet omelettes like tamagoyaki. But it's not necessary 😊
