Yes they announced them a year ago and said that they will release it last year but we didn't get it yet, the new UI, dragon rework and control rework still isn't here yet but they are releasing soon!

kittgaming doesnt have access to dragon race or rework, its a bug buy equipping permanent fruits. You can see that the tail is the trex tail and the wings are just the dragon wings but bugged

CRK does show new stuff after the update so if dragon rework is here, there should be a new level and a new island except it will only take one year and a half if there’s a fifth island it should take more and probably for the new level. It’s 4000 or 3000
Thats a very huge increase for the level cap each update its only like 50-100 but since its a big one i kinda agree with you but not that high maybe around 250 or something

i think the dragon race picture by kit is just him doing the dragon fruits flying abitly glich which keeps the wing and he did it again thats why there are two pairs of wings and the he just used the trex fruit for the tail

My theory if dragon fruit has an awakening. Ok so first they will At a new boss to Blox fruits which will be well. KAIDOOO! And you’ll kill Kaido and you’ll get the dragon heart and like cake prince and dough king kaido will have his own island then with the dragon heart when it’s a full moon then u can use the dragon heart. If u wanna awaken it up only need 1 dragon heart. But I think that if u have 3 dragon hearts u can get the angel fighting style. And the dragon fruit might also not have m1s in its base form but maybe in its transformation but I think when it’s awakened like dough fruit it’ll get tap click and I think they will be claws and obviously you will have them in your transformation aswell Uh so yeah that’s my theory. It’ll probs get no likes or views but it’s fine as long as 1 person reads it I’ll be happy (:
