@@gianturion I am a Ginyu Force main, and I agree. Cell can be a nightmare to deal with If you evolve fast, you can most of the time be one level stronger than the survivors if you get decent RNG. The only times I lost as Cell were because of me getting carried away destroying survivors. Wich allowed the STM to go 100%

Cell can be scary in good hands, but mastering his kit and being able to use it against high ranks is tough.
He needs *a lot* of practice.
