Bless up, to my understanding Skatta diss popcann and Kartel because he knew that Kartel needed Popcaan to do a set on stage to relieve Kartel. Kartel, is NOT 100% and needed breaks. Skatta made Popcaan wait on the gate for a long time to get into the venue especially when he knew that Popcaan needed to be on stage to help Kartel. Skatta was heard over the radio saying that "he has no time for Popcaan". This to me is the 1st diss.this alone cause tempers to flare. This is why I believe Popcaan came onto the stage angry. Skatta is a promoter, he's NOT an artist. Promoters need artist to make money....BUT an artist DON"T need a promoter to make money. A lot of artist are now putting on their own shows...this is what skatta has to bare in mind.
