Sweet, juicy fruits in a crumbly dough❤️ Be sure to try this cookie, I'm sure you won't be disappointed!!!
We need:
For the dough:
600g fine wheat flour
250g butter
200g powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 baking powder (15g)
1/2 teaspoon salt
possibly a little milk
Filling:
1.2 kg sour cherries (pitted)
250g sugar
1 vanilla pudding (38g)
1 vanilla sugar
We also need:
1 egg on top
Breadcrumbs for sprinkling
Some butter
