It really doesn't get enough love. It's one of the only songs from Sonic 3 that wasn't in Sonic & Knuckles, and it kind of fell by the wayside because of it.
It's a good song but it just doesn't hit as hard as the & Knuckles version, that version sounds like you're actually up against a strong enemy, the MJ version just sounds like a dance tune.

When I was a kid, I pointed out to my siblings that the End credit theme sound exactly like Stranger In Moscow except sped up. And that was way back in the early 90s. Anyway, it was a team collaboration, and that has been noted more than once by every involved except MJ because he died before the public could ask him about his involvement. But MJ has always given credit to the people who he worked with/helped him. He was a huge sonic fan and having the chance to even work on the stuff was good enough for him.

With 3D or Mania-style models and backgrounds, bonus unused content, like the 8th Special Stage and the nighttime Flying Battery, updating the music, making a Boss Rush, update the cutscenes, have a Time Attack, have online races/leaderboards. Also, have an easter egg that allows you to use debug mode and a concept art extra section and have the option to use the Prototype CNZ, ICZ, and LBZ music. I know they will not do this much.

Really f*cking good. Amazing production too. The only thing I'd say (nitpicking constructively) is that the drums are a TAD too loud for me. I'm no tech pro or anything haha. But the drums do leap out a bit to my ear slightly. Would be even better if they blended slightly more with everything else and were taken back slightly in the mix. If it was a typical RUclips recording with typically average DIY sounding audio, then I wouldn't even think to say this. I say it because everything sounds so GOOD. Amazing work regardless. You're clearly a very talented young man. 5 star.
