As a non eu citizen, you cant live in Switzerland for long term. You can open a business but it has to be with a swiss citizen, but it will still not allow you to move to Switzerland.
What about visa status as a business owner? I have an spouse residence permit, If I open a business but later my marriage fails and therefore I loose the spouse visa, would I still be able to run my business from Switzerland and get another type of permit?
The permit is based on marriage, once the marriage terminates and if you do not have a c permit by then, your permit cannot be extended, owning a business or job does not matter.
I am travelling for the first time for my masters from india to basel via heathrow airport in london with 1 hr of layover and there isn't change of terminal.. I tried contacting the airlines and they told me to refer the uk official website I went thorugh the uk visa official website and according to it there isn't any need to take transit visa since i have type d visa of switzerland . But since it's my first time i am a bit nervous Do you think there be any need of transit visa.. ?
